Topic: My Friend Epona Is In Need of Some Assistance!

My friend who lives next door to me has a serious site-related issue. She deleted her email associated with her account here at Nintendo Life and can't login. She says that she has contacted the staff via the contact form, but never heard back from them...

Is there any way that she can have her email switched to her current one? I can provide that info via email to the staff here if need be, but she's quite sad that she hasn't been able to post anything here at NL for quite some time.

You have a better chance of the admin helping that way rather then posting a thread.

For the record this isn't the only time I've heard about not getting responses through the contact form. How long ago did she use the contact form?

Hmmm, so it doesn't let you log in if you delte that email? Or did she forget her password and can't retrieve it? I hope the best for your friend, but if all else fails she could always make a new Nintendo Life account. Oh course, that's coming from somebody who wouldn't be afraid to lose everything, haha.

@Neko_Rukiafan as you can imagine we get lots of emails, some of which are spam so perhaps this slipped through the gaps. If you want to use the contact form and pick 'Site Feedback' it'll come my way and we'll sort it out.
