Cant buy games on eshop anymore - Help & Troubleshooting Forum - Page 2

Error code : 2813-2470 Ive tried to remove Visa card, and ive tried to use a different card. This happened after i bought 2 vouchers on eshop and bought 2 games with them. Only thing i can see that might have bugged, is that my Visa suddenly shows germany as location. My visa is from Norway. Happens with my MasterCard also. Is this a Nintendo eshop problem since it most likely happened because of me buying the 2 vouchers and IT then bugged, or do i need to Call the Bank ?

Definitely waited more than 30 days already.

But today, I changed my account to HK region and tried to make a purchase using my genuine HK card. No joy.

Sigh. Not sure how much longer I should wait before trying again!! Darn.

@MacaqueAttack Hi! Was wondering if your soft-ban has already been lifted? Got this error today for region hopping in a short period of time haha (I wasn’t aware that it’s risky to do so). Did you use paypal or eshop cards while on ban? 😊
