Topic: Can't add funds to my 3ds eshop.

When I go to the "Add Funds" page, the top screen states: "Note: You can't use a points card to add funds.". When entered in a code for a $20 eshop card, it read it perfectly but still would not let me add it. I have no idea why this is happening, I have contacted Nintendo multiple times and got no response. Has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe the eshop thinks you're underage.

Well, the only reason I could think of for them to disable your ability to add points without a credit card (read: without an adult) would be to "protect" you.

But I would recommend you to call them and see what's this all about.
