Topic: Ads preventing forum use.

There is an ad for the movie Predator that expands so you can view the trailer, however when I open NL and the ad plays, I can access the top 3 forum threads.

I've also noticed that the auto-refreshing ads have been triggering Internet Explorer's "This site is unsafe" antivirus/antispyware warnings. Annoying.

Can either of you send me a screenshot of this in action? We then might be able to do something about it... advertisin&#...

The only screenshot i could send for mine would just be of the red IE "Site is Unsafe" page, since it immediately jumps to that upon the ad refreshing (i'll hear the navigation "click" noise of the ad refreshing, the ad will pop up for maybe half a second, then to the red screen).

That said, i think it's only happened maybe 3 or 4 times in the hundreds of times i've been on site.

EDIT: Ahh, i see someone posted a screenshot of the "red screen" deal in the other thread. That's the same thing i get.

Lets not forget those adds that slow everything on my computer down. Now ain't that a kicker.
