Topic: Zavvi orders

Has anyone else had issues with Zavvi?

I order the T-Shirt and Mug combo when it was advertised on here back in July and have yet to receive my order.
I have contacted Customer Services several times and keep getting passed around. I was even offered a refund that has failed to materialise after putting a negative review on Trust Pilot.

It is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

@Mr-Fuggles777 I ordered the exact same thing and ended up cancelling last week after being messed around for ages. How it can take nearly 2 months to deliver is beyond me.

If the they are the same company as My Geek Box they also messed up my order for the new Lego Luigi set for my son’s birthday. Luckily no money was spent and I was able to cancel and get him it from another retailer. I will not be using either company again.
