I get annoyed with chumps who only choose Green Hill Zone Act 1 in Sonic Generations online. They likely trained themselves to play that one stage and will not select any others. They also bail if they're losing. Real weak.
Your true face... What kind of... face is it? I wonder... The face under the mask... Is that... your true face?

Got stuck in the lobby with a bunch of guys who would spend the entire time chatting, until they noticed I was there and ordered me to join in. So I did.
I was then immediately kicked from the lobby for using proper english.
In Mario Kart when people select the same course that we've just been on (especially when it's Rainbow bloody Road).
In MK7 it used to be Maka Wuhu all the time... I've probably played Maka Wuhu more online that all the other courses put together.
Ha! Yes, I noticed Maka Wuhu was particularly popular as well (though to be fair, I always seemed to do quite well on that course so I didn't mind so much...) But whenever I've played Mario Kart online there's a group of people who select Rainbow Road every single time regardless of how often we've already been on it.
Back when I was a much more avid SSBB player I was extremely good. I was playing online and dominating the fight, so much to where the all my opponents ganged up on me and not even fighting each other. They kept doing it each round so I left for months.

You have the right to disagree with me and the ability to consider anything valid that I say; Please exercise both.
I have SSBB experiences as well. People just stand around on Hyrule, taunting until Sudden Death and fighting off who doesn't taunt with them on Basic Play. So I usually play Team, which is usually okay, but sometimes your partner just leaves with their Wii on, and then your opponents will either team up on you, or continually shove your partner off the side.

That happened with KIU once, where one person on my team just left his 3DS on, one person on my team sucked, I was pretty good, and all the people on the other team were ok. And I was able to singlehandedly defeat the other team. Every time.
Once in kid Icarus uprising I was the only one doing anything on my team they just stood there... And the other team just kept killing them repeatedly while I try to protect my immobile teammates so I don't lose but then one of the others on my team became the angel and I died and I didn't even defeat one of the guys on the opposing team. I figure ok then maybe now they'll do something or somebody else would replace one of them but no such luck and the same thing happened over and over and over and over and ok you get it I lost alot. And finally I rage quit. actually this happened other times as well. I really hate when somebody doesn't contribute at all in light vs dark, even when it someone on the other team, though I am guilty of taking advantage of that sometimes.
5. Tatsunoko vs Capcom (Wii) - the matches themselves are fun, but it can take awhile to find an opponent (I last played online shortly after the game released, though. There could be more people playing it now).
4. Kid Icarus: Uprising (3DS) - The online is superb, but as a lefty, my experiences are hit & miss (sometimes my game is completely off & I can't contribute to my team, other times I somehow manage to completely carry my team to victory).
3. Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition (3DS) - people spam touch combos way too much.
2. Soulcalibur IV (360) - just look at my extensive explanation on page one (post one).
1. The History Channel: Battle For the Pacific (360) - It's a completely uninspired cheap COD knock off, but I got it as a gift, and figured it's COD like playstyle, bargain price, and lower ESRB rating would result in a decent amount of people playing the game. I was wrong, I've never found a single opponent.

Yeah, that happens way too often, they just taunt... Then I actually actively fight and they just gang up on me... The other half of the time I can only find two other people...
^so much this.

Any CoD game where you have a bunch of screaming kids. Probably really why I don't play CoD online anymore cause there's just so damn many or if you have some 14 year old try to tell you that you suck and all I can say is 'sorry I'm a 26 year old man with responsibilities and don't have the time to play that a boy does'
What platform do you play on? I've found that there are very few obnoxious people on PC, which I thought was odd considering how ubiquitous it sounds from the way people talk about it. (I've played CoD1, CoD:MW and CoD:MW2 online quite extensively) I don't know if that's a PC thing or an Australian thing.
Play on 360 but it seems that the CoD games are the ones they flock to. its probably a pc thing as I can see the console being more friendly to them to use and easier on the parents pocket book. Really only play SC2 on my PC anymore.

Crazy glitches in kid Icarus uprising like once the match wouldn't start so I just stood there in the stage... Then I hear the dying sound effect and look at the bottom screen and see that my teammate died and I'm just confused, and he wouldn't respawn and then my other teammate died, then someone on the other team died then another guy on the other team, then it's just me and one other guy then it's just like nothing's happening so I sit there and finally I get sent back to the menu and get a error message. Yeah.

I love ganging up on the person actually trying to fight. You may as well troll in that game since very few actually try to play normally.
Some guy had an automatic unlimited amount of Blue Shells in Mario Kart Wii. Meaning Mr. Hacker would sometimes blast himself as if (s)he's team rocket. And this happened every 5 seconds.
I've also had some bad experiences in Goldeneye, including unlimited OddJob hats, guns that shot grendades, and one match I would get teleported into a random spot every few seconds.
