I guess it is time for another hint? OK, here it is;
"Ring around the rosie, A pocket full of posies, Ashes! Ashes! We all fall down!"
Now that I think about it, that poem actually kinda has two clues in it.
Edit: So you don't have to go back to the other page, the original clue was "This odd little pokemon has a lot of questions (? Unown) VS. an unstable little fellow, unique from his peers." The second clue about the second pokemon was that he "is unique visually from others like him."
Yeah, I was just referring to the random spot arrangement. The poem was referencing his dizzyness and that he is commonly found on the route in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald that is covered in ash.
New hint: Its weight in pounds (lbs.), when rounded to the nearest whole number, is equal to its number in the National Dex. It is the only Pokemon to hold this distinction.
