Now that I think about it, that poem actually kinda has two clues in it.

Edit: So you don't have to go back to the other page, the original clue was "This odd little pokemon has a lot of questions (? Unown) VS. an unstable little fellow, unique from his peers." The second clue about the second pokemon was that he "is unique visually from others like him."

Can you explain how Spinda is different visually? I know there are thousands of patterns for Spinda's spots, is that what you were referring to?

Yeah, I was just referring to the random spot arrangement. The poem was referencing his dizzyness and that he is commonly found on the route in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald that is covered in ash.
