Topic: What's your pet peeve?

Everyone has a pet peeve. I'm curious to know what yours are.

Mine are those uber-ultra-girly commercials that for some reason always have to be in stupid song form.

Another one is those crappy local commericials like FunSpot.

The last one I can currently think of is when I get blamed/punished for something I haven't done.

As you can see, several pet peeves are welcome.

Mine would be getting accused of something. Like yesterday my brother walks up to me and asks "Why'd you take my money" without having any evidence of me taking it. Another one is when I am playing online and people use the same moves over and over again. Like on brawl people keep using that stupid pikachu move or the falcon kick over and over again.

Yes! That thunderbolt move that comes down from the sky, right? It's so annoying when people edge guard with that.

Clipping bothers the hell out of me. Especially when it appears in such great numbers in multi-million dollar franchises coughAssassinsCreedcough

I don't generally get bothered by much, although people talking on cell phones and texting while they're walking around and driving does tend to piss me off, especially when they nearly run over me.

People who CAN spell but are too lazy to even bother to try to get it right.

I tried to think of something else, because there should be lots, but that's the one that bugs me the most today.

Yup. Once they have you in the air you're done.

People who make already-existent threads. (Hint Hint)

I used the search function before making this thread. I searched under "pet peeve", "frustrating", and "annoying" and nothing came up.

Hahaha that was funny. Mine is napkins. Seriously. Cloth napkins only. I hate paper napkins for some reason.

My pet peeve is actually the words pet & peeve put together. What does that even mean? It's a silly term.

Oh, another pet peeve of mine is when people bend back my DS screen until it clicks whenever they play my DS. I feel like they're damaging it and I always correct them.

I'm with you, Corbs. People and their bleeping cell phones!!! Cutting you off n the road because they're too busy yakking. Standing in the middle of the aisle and subjecting you to a conversation you would rather not hear In the grocery store. You can't get away from them! Makes me want to rip it out of their hand and stick it up their... left nostril! Tight fit, but I'll make it work, especially as big as some peoples' noses are. Or maybe the right nostril. Depends on my mood.

That's one of mine too. Actually, strangers in general are a pet peeve (yeah, I'm a bit of a misanthrope). Especially in line, like at a Redbox machine, when they're standing behind me closely enough that I can feel their breath down my neck AND smell it! They think that'll make me move faster, but it just means I take a little bit sweeter time.

People making 3 or more posts in a row.

People blasting their speakers, forcing me to hear their rap music. Shudders

Just use headphones, you jerks! Don't force others to hear your crap!

People who make a new post without adding to an already existing one and cluttering up forums.

People who mini-mod. Seriously, the last 'what's your pet peeve' thread that wasn't gaming-oriented was last active half a year ago or so, and six months is usually where i draw the line in terms of locking/redirecting these kinds of threads (unless it's a special case). We all know the search function is busted, so ffs, knock it off.
