4 and 5 because gaining exp for nothing is sweet and having an otherwoldly bag that not only has absurd space but also is easy to take out whatver I want without loosing much time searching is all I need for life.

Well, 3 and 8 for me.
Though 6 & 10 would be my secondary choices. Mainly 10 as there have been many times where I wish I could start the previous day over and be more active, do more coursework and such.

3 because it sounds fun and being able to safely land from any height could stop my fear of heights, haha. That or 9, as being able to pause and take a nap at any time would be great. The most practical one, though, would be 5.
