That's really hard to choose. It's definitely one of the big three... I'm leaning toward Mario or Metroid more than Zelda though. They're all some of the best franchises in gaming, though, so it's not like it matters.

But seriously. Fire Emblem. Followed by Pokemon, Yoshi platformers (as distinct from Mario ones), Mario Kart and Chocobo.

Chocobo isn't a Nintendo franchise, but it's better than all of them so it gets a special mention.

My favorite? or the best? because those are two VERY different questions, but when you ask the best, you're probably only going to get favorites. It's my opinion that the Super Mario series is houses the most quality of all Ninty's franchises. My favorite of their mainstays is Fire Emblem, by far.

You have repeditivity in Mario, Kirby, Pokemon. Fire Emblem is a copy of Zelda, Rhythem Heaven is pretty awesome, same goes with Star Fox and Zelda, ohhh my favorite is the Wii Series
