Something that's new and is planned to be more than just an experiment would be my first choice. As for my second, I'd like to see Nintendo go back to Custom Robo and perfect that series.

Hmmm, it's strange I like quite a few of Nintendo's franchises but there isn't any I particularily want.... I suppose a new Donkey Kong would be cool.

Just this ^ ^ WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?? Also almost all of those games could make better use of motion control than either Mario or Zelda has. At least just give us pilotwings for gods sake!!
A remake of The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening with 16-bit graphics. I know that's not likely, but I've been curious as to how the classic Game Boy Pocket game would look like with the SNES-style graphics. Also, it plays like The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
