Mine are: 1.Mario Kart 64-My first Mario Kart game, and my personal favorite. I think it has not aged one bit. 2.Mario Kart Wii-Awesome game, but some of the items are awful [especially the lighting cloud]! 3.Super Mario Kart-I just started playing this game today. Super Mario Kart Mario Kart DS Mario Kart Wii Mario Kart 64 ... haven't played enough of the others
Mario Kart 64 had painfully unfair AI and in the graphics department it has aged horribly although Moo Moo Farm is still a favourite. Mario Kart Wii was let down by... well nothing much, it just wasn't as great as MKDS even with better online. MKDS failed when you went online unfortunately but otherwise was a great game and only second to New SMB on the DS. Super Mario Kart is basically flawless and the huge nostalgia doesn't hurt either. Rainbow Road was never better and nor was the music.
DD & Wii (can't decide, MKWii has online, but DD is better) MKDS MKSC 64 haven't played SNES yet, and won't be getting it because I've no one to play it with (regularly).

Well, I've had the privilege of having played all of them on their original consoles. I enjoyed playing all of them and they're all great games, but since I have to choose my list in order from favorite to least favorite:

Mario Kart Wii - clearly the best. Mario Kart DS - good, but not as good. Super Mario Kart - fun, but the rubber-band AI is worse than a thousand blue shells. Mario Kart Double Dash!! - fun. Looked nice. I liked the course on the bridge. Mario Kart 64 - admittedly I barely gave this the time of day, but I remember it being rubbish.

I played the first one once at my local arcade a few years ago, but after a few months it wasn't there anymore. I Played it only for a few minutes but it was definitely fun.
