1. Sonic Adventure - Emerald Coast
2. Scott Pilgrim vs. the world - Another Winter
This was an easy choice. The Okami track is okay but Another Winter is fantastic, I love it!
3. F-zero - Mute City
1) Sonic Adventure
2) Scott Pilgrim
Okami's song was extremely boring. It felt like a save screen music...
3) F-Zero - Mute City
One of my all-time favorite Nintendo themes. I like the SSB Melee version the best though.
Emerald Coast
Tsuta Ruins
Mute City
Mute city has more going on, the tellius series sounds more sleep inducing the more I listen to it's music.

1.) La Mulana: Mr. Explorer (Surface) - Emerald Coast is a great track but not near as great as Mr. Explorer. La Mulana's first theme grabs your attention right off the bat while simultaneously setting the adventurous tone of the game for hours to come. An extremely memorable tune that's hard to forget.
2.) Another Winter - I like Okami's theme allot but only for atmosphere. The Scott Pilgrim song simply has more variety of sounds going on.
3.) Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn: Echoes of Daybreak - Excellent tune with excellent vibes. Mute City has always been a nice little tune but only that. Nice.
@CapnPancakes I like the sound of having special tournaments like that but I wouldn't want two going on at once. Maybe we could alternate between general tournaments like this one and special tournaments? If we do have special tournaments, a suggestion I have is tournaments based on VGMs from a specific console.
1. La Mulana - Mr. Explorer (Surface)
2. Okami - Tsuta Ruins
3. Fire Emblem: Radient Dawn - Echoes of Daybreak
@CapnPancakes That sounds great. I would like the oportunity to vote for songs in different categories. I think a main tournament and a smaller special tournament would be just right. The main one could be M W Fri and the special one T Th Sat, or they could both be updated at the regular time, but I think it would be a lot of fun.
@InternetBowser I hadn't considered that. I guess it sounds better within the context of its own game, while Andy's Theme, being catchy, works in more situations.
@FonistofCruxis I don't think it would be too overwhelming to have two going on at the same time. It would allow the main tournament series to continue uninterupted while still having the opportunity to explore other ideas.
I'm still not sure about having a second thread for the special tournaments yet, but i'd still love to hear your guy's opinions in that. Putting that aside, I think we have a pretty strong lineup today so as always, enjoy the tunes. Here is a link to the current bracket
1) Xenoblade Chronicles - Colony 9
Both tracks were really good and NieR especially sounded beautiful, but Xenoblade gets the vote for sounding more like a first level theme than NieR.
2) Super Mario Galaxy - Good Egg Galaxy
While Shinobi really did a great job in catching that feudal japan themed track while sounding epic in it's own right, SMG's theme is just too good. Its no Gusty garden, but its whimsical tunes still send chills whenever I listen to it.
3) Sonic the Hedgehog - Green Hill Zone
Pulseman's theme was energetic and fast paced, but Sonic has the edge for its iconic and memorable tune that still remains to be one of my fave Sonic tracks.
1. Xenoblade Chronicles - Colony 9: It's hard to go wrong with Xenoblade. NIER was amazing as well though.
2. Super Mario Galaxy - Good Egg Galaxy: Galaxy is one of my favorite songs in this tournament.
3. Sonic the Hedgehog - Green Hill Zone: Pulseman did not work for me.
