It's hard for me to describe why, but there's a lot of emotion I get out of Mute City. For such a classic Nintendo song about racing future cars, something about the melody at points (though far more obvious in Melee's version), seems like something you could get a lot out of if you made a vocal version. Like you could really pull of something like Mother 1 or Ultimate's main theme if you wanted to.
