This tournament was bound to leave a lot of people disappointed. There are too many musical styles and one person can go a long way for any single song.

In terms of what qualifies as a "Water Theme", anything related to water, ocean, or beaches is acceptable. It doesn't necessarily have to have swimming or underwater sections to qualify as a water theme.

For the record, I count 36 song submissions, not including the one Rosalina posted from Sonic Colors, so we have enough songs to start the tournament, unless we just feeling like waiting for another 28 songs. If we plan on dropping for songs for a 32-submission tournament, I offer Banjo-Kazooie - Rusty Bucket Bay for removal.
At this point, I really don't think we're going to get 28 more nominations, so we have two choices. We can either drop 4 songs so the bracket is down to an even 32, or we can just go with what we have and 4 songs will end up with a free pass to the second round.
Actually, I suggest a preliminary vote. Maybe everyone votes for two songs they don't want in the final 32. Or we could pick eight songs at random and have that be the first match-up.
