Just wanted to drop by and say thanks for your kind words. Appreciate the well wishes and prayers.

Thank you @Tyranexx for your kind words in the chit-chat thread as well. Yeah... long story short, been going through a really difficult time, it's why I just haven't been feeling great. I can be hard on myself sometimes too, so that certainly doesn't help, either... I can see the point you've made about how our brains can lie to us. Not sure how often I'll post here, but I'll definitely keep your tag notification for when I write back to you. I'll try to keep working on my self-love, too.

I do not know what is going on in your personal life - nor do you need to expand on the situation - but please weather the storm in the best ways you know how, which include plenty of Self-Love and personal care. No rush at all regarding replies. I completely understand the need to take a break, especially when one isn't feeling well in one way or other.

The posts and site aren't going anywhere. I hope you have a good break, and that your situation turns upward before long.

@Novamii Welcome back! I was just thinking about you a day or two ago because I could have sworn I saw your exact avatar on famiboards.

Hey everyone! I was playing lots of retro games, while I was away. Even bought a Dreamcast. But to tell you the truth, when I played Ecco The Dolphin I realized, that gaming moved on quite a bit. Too many old games are just too frustrating and clunky to play for me. Well the developers were learning and I do not blame them. They were great at the time and many are still great and worth playing.

I feel a little bit silly to write this but I will try to ignore politics and such and just play the games. If a game looks like a great experience like the Hogwarts game, I will play it, no matter how divisive it is. The same with PEGI 18 games, if it looks like a great experience, I will play it.

Anyway I missed celebrating video games online with you!
