Hello, @MarioVillager92! I’m new here.

I’ve haven’t seen a lot of you online, but I like a few posts you have made to people. As well as a few interests of yours according to your profile.

I would like to communicate with you myself from the common interests we share. Although a couple of things you like are non Nintendo related, you think it’s possible we can have a fine chat about things as friends somewhere else? (Like a discord community you’re part of, if the mods don’t mind me giving that idea.)

TIL Nintendo has a kid/family friendly YouTube channel and they're making stop motion Mario shorts. Just saw one of them, so leaving this here...

Guys, help. Chibi Robo is amazing. What a gem. No lie. My favourite thing about having a Switch 2 so far! Haha.

However....the footstep noise Chibo Robot makes with every step won't leave my head now! Agh.
I hear it when I move. 😆

when i was playing a lot of dk bananza randomly during the day i would hear the sonar affect in my head or catch a glimpse of an imaginary banana in the corner 😭😭😭

@ShieldHero OH BUHNAHNAH is ingrained into my eardrums now haha.
Been trying to beat Hollow Knight but my time with DKB made my muscle memory for ZL tied to the sonar... And to pick stuff up. I can't tell you many times I have tried to pick up the Geo in HK and accidentally shot out a Soul Blast instead 😭

@CaleBoi25, muscle memory can sometimes fool me as well. I recently started Dragon Quest XI S Echoes of an Elusive Age Definitive Edition after beating Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. For the first 2-3 days, I sometimes tried opening the map menu with minus when it's actually the Y button in Dragon Quest 🤣.

@OctolingKing13 it's amazing! I've had it for years but just am really bad at games in general so I never beat it. I'm taking another stab AI it now, it's awesome! You should definitely try it out — maybe when I finish it I can lend it to you via virtual game card!

Something kind of hilarious happened about an hour ago. My family's house has an upstairs second floor where all the bedrooms are, with a flight of 14 stairs that lead to it. Normally, while I'm walking around the house, I have my phone in my pants pocket, but this time, I wasn't paying attention and was carrying it in my right hand. When I was halfway down the stairs, I accidentally dropped my phone, and it landed on the stairs, but it didn't stop. It had fallen on a bit of a tilt near the stair's edge, and slowly fell down every single remaining stairs until it landed on the ground floor. My phone survived the fall and roll perfectly unscathed (I'm actually using said phone to type this comment like all my other ones, btw). I'll make sure to keep it in my pocket while walking down the stairs in the future 🤣.

@ShieldHero haha, that's funny! It just wanted to go sledding, poor thing. Earlier today I tried to put mine in my pocket only for it to somehow rubber and out of my grip and fly 3 feel to the right onto the parking lot. Let me just say, I am glad I had a case on it lol! The plastic on the case isn't perfectly smooth anymore but the phone is just fine!

Yeah. I heard about that with Microsoft. AI has gone corrupt. It started nice with Google searches and YT searches, but it got too far. I hear verification is coming to many platforms too...

Paranoia sucks! As does anxiety... I have some TMI moments, where I'm dominated by both and need to ask help...even if it means waking someone up.

Eh. I'll play it myself. I started on Banjo Kazooie again, but gonna have to get my Xbox One fixed up. Day 1 2013 was a long time ago.

like jumping back into Season 1 of Umbrella Academy and rewatching some episodes of Toys That Made Us since theres supposed to be a new season of that sometime later on

@Sunsy Yeah... I really dislike that. Just because we happen to see a video that is marked "for kids," and then it wrongfully assumes you're a child and restricts your YouTube account... that is ridiculous. I should not have to worry about that either, and I'm so sorry to hear you're feeling that way. Plus, I want to be in control of what content I decide to consume. YouTube's AI can't make me. I hope the guys at Google reverse this terrible decision... and yes, I hope people still teach online safety, also.

A lot of people like cartoons in general, as well. I still like classic Disney movies, my brother still likes stuff like Spongebob, then of course there's you who likes Trolls... just to name a few examples. I don't like being negative at all, but this whole YouTube AI thing just has me steaming mad, and I already don't like stuff like generative AI art.

Trolls Scrapbook Stories does sound like a fun and cute watch... it does fit Poppy's character for sure. Ah, OK, I am familiar with Mario + Rabbids, I just happened to have Advance Wars on my mind to compare it to. That's cool you've got a small shopping area nearby. The park I mentioned isn't walking distance from my home, unfortunately, but it is a nice walking park for sure. The merry-go-round is the only ride they have. Would love to visit there more often. There's a bowling alley that's fairly close by as well, my dad and I would go bowling over there. I'm not great at it, but I still have fun.

I think I heard that too, that sounds good actually. That would mean it's more compatible, Nintendo could've made it so that it only works for Switch 2 and nothing else, but they actually went the extra mile right there. Though of course, you'd get the most bang for your buck if you know for sure you're getting a Switch 2 in the future and end up getting one.

I have most of my GameCube games from my childhood. Ouch, sorry to hear you lost your Super Mario Sunshine copy. It is nice they've had it on 3D All-Stars, and in widescreen as well... though as we all know, 3D All-Stars didn't last forever in stores, but it will come out on NSO's GameCube app at least.

Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly how many players were there, but there was still a lot of them going by the minimap upon seeing my clip. So it was still nice, plus the race took place in Peach Stadium. Peach's "be still, my beating heart" reaction is just perfect, too.

@PeterTomlan86 Hello, and thanks. Any games you like playing to start? I did mention that I do like Mario and Animal Crossing, but I do like other Nintendo series as well (Zelda, Splatoon, and Kirby to name a few examples). I like playing Mario Kart online, too. Hope you're doing well.

Anyone here have a Spidersona, by chance? I am just starting work on mine....
