Her channel really deserves to be taken down, YouTUbe will have no problem copyright striking a little indie VTuber with 500 subscribers cause they played Mario Kart but they won't take down the person who steals content and doxxes people. That's disgusting.

@Teksetter As I type this, there are several hundred players (none of them bots, I sincerely hope) ranking higher than I in the overall leaderboards, which I grudgingly accept - I can't spend the entire day online like a youngster. In the King League standings, however, there are over fifty players ranking higher than this embarrassed furball at the moment.

... I hope I haven't disappointed you. I still have some highly entertaining performances recorded as ghosts in F-Zero GX, which would be fun to share - and that kind of functionality would be highly welcome in 99, for certain. It would be great fun to have something like a Nintendo Life lobby available in any of the battle royale games, wouldn't it? For a company whose online offerings are so often awkward or even inept, the Mario and F-Zero battle royale games have given me a lot of joy. I've never played MMO or online shooter games, but F-Zero 99 has actually altered my habits of late... I guess I should be really glad that this game has appeared now, several months after moving into my current residence 😂

I actually really wish we could play online co-op games with friends from one's list. I don't know if my "F-Zero manners" are the kind of thing that should be shared... especially given that you're trying to engage your daughters with multi-player, my strong urge to consume smoking metal might not be a good thing to witness. 😁

I saw a couple of interesting bits of TGS news, though I just started to look into it. Next year City Connection will be offering a Sega Saturn Tribute release for Assault Suit Leynos 2, one of fave Saturn games.

I must admit that I didn't quite grasp Assault Suit Leynos/Target Earth when I played it on NSO recently, but after viewing some Leynos 2 on the Saturn, I think I'm beginning to see why you esteem that game. I should definitely give the original more of a chance. The idea of a Saturn Mini really intrigues me, I must say.

Hopefully there’s not too much more of interest, as I’m set for games this winter and many more beyond.

Oh, dear. I would like to say a lot more at this point, but I don't want to be rude about new/upcoming games if you feel like you've had your fill. If you prefer, I can refrain from bringing up "new" titles... OTOH, I always enjoy learning more from you. It hasn't been easy for me to catch up on the ~20 years of gaming I missed, and it's fun to read informed opinions like yours 😀

@EaglyBird Good reason why I rarely comment, and avoid commenting on "sensitive" subjects (like digital vs. physical... that's what I mean by "sensitive") when they come up in articles.

@EaglyBird Thanks. I just saw the comments section you're talking about. Found it via your profile. You really can't win with fanboys. They take that sort of thing waaaaay too seriously. The best you can do is, maybe get a bit of a laugh at how ridiculous it can be. My friend and I always call it "salt." I remember one guy awhile back got upset over the Bluey game, and people who may buy it instead of Super Mario RPG.

It even extends into other stuff too. I can't count how many times I've seen people want Trolls Band Together to fail outside this site, just because it's not their favorite movie. One of which tried to petition to get the movie cancelled. It sucks how tribalistic people can be over things that are meant to be fun and entertaining.

At the end of the day, it's all entertainment, no need to take it so seriously or insult others over it.

Somehow every commentor convinced themselves that Wonder was going to out sell one of Sony's most hyped games this generation, and then got mad when it ended up selling well. Heck, the point of the article is that both games are really good, yet how dare a Sony game be on the level of Mario.
