@EaglyBird Yeah I did everything required to get radiance and nightmare grim. Honestly the only thing of godmaster I did was the those two brothers (who are awesome btw) and think that’s how far I got.
So godmasters has a different ending you can do? And there’s rng in challenges you have to do? Aside from the rng and the near flawless bit everything you said about it kinda makes me excited lol, I don’t know why it just makes me want to play it lol!

Well the bonus god master bosses are definitely cool but in my opinion unless your a hollow knight superfan it’s not worth it. Fighting them is awesome however getting to the fight is terrible. Why did team cherry feel it was necessary to bring back NKG? You have to fight the hardest boss in the game in order to get acecess to significantly easier fights
Godmaster has 2 endings it’s dependent on wether you give the grey mourners flower to the god seeker if you do it then there is a slightly changed ending sequence that implies the flower is incredibly lore significant
Unless it comes out mid finals like xenoblade future redeemed I am 100% playing silksong day 1 I am too hyped
Well the devs said it would be on a Nintendo platform so probably unless it takes so long the GameCube 2 is out by then. I’m exited they basically took hollow knight and thought let’s make it more blooborne focused and from what I know about bloodborne that’s a good decision

Those were also a lot of my worries, I feared jimmy was just going to be a third week the whole time, and it just would be kinda there, but then they flushed him out like you said, and I really respected when he said he knew Clark’s secret already, which is another thing I like! I feel like if you were Clark’s roommate for long enough you would figure that out, I feel like anyone hanging out with him would figure it out quickly, so I’m glad they didn’t drag out his secret identity for too long like I thought they would.
And luz lane and Clark relationship was done so well! When they were at the party I love how angry Clark gets when (I forget his name lol) started dissing Luz for no reason, the way he stood up for hear was great! Then when she jumped off the roof I like that it was acknowledged how crazy it was for her to jump off a roof! Then they showed how good of a guy Superman was an episode later by him protecting her from the laser without even knowing if it would work on not! Sorry I’m just going on and on but I really love how they did it! And I love Clark’s character in this show so much!
This is why I loved James Gunn, he is willing to do crazy out there stuff! That’s why I loved suicide squad so much! He brought my boy starro and freaking polka dot man! He doesn’t really water down how strange it is! And that good! It’s one of the best aspects about comic books is how natural their world can be, but at the same time how strange everything around this seemingly normal looking world can be! And that’s something we need more off and I’m glad my adventures with Superman leaned into that as much as it did!
You know I’m actually pretty surprised they didn’t considering this version of kryptonite is pretty terrifying. There’s a good chance they will when season two rolls around. And if that’s your only real complaint that shows how good the show is.

Not DC star wars. While admittedly I said that before everyone went crazy for Ashoka unless something changes quickly the MCU is going to crash and burn. And just because ashoka is good dosent mean the next projects will be too as the quality loss in the transition between GOTG and secret incraption has been made very clear. As for the monsterverse I figure we have at least half a decade before the movies run out of steam there is a lot of lore and ground to cover and the filmmakers can’t mess it up that badly after Kong v Godzilla all they have to do is vfx big monkey punching things for 2 hours
Yeah I’ll admit my first impression of jimmy wasn’t amazing he was kind just a wholesome and loud conspiracy theorist. It was definitely the reveal that Jimmy knew clark was Superman the whole time that caused me to like him more. It was incredibly noble of him to just let Clark reveal himself on his own terms. It also shows that Jimmy isn’t an idiot. Sure it’s obvious clark is superman but seeing as how hard it seems to be in this universe to piece together that glasses don’t change a face. But ignore all that I want to see how Jikmies role is going to be changed based on the last episode. Surly that reveal has to change the status quo (I’m being vague if you haven’t seen the finale)
Thier relationship is really refreshing. After so many shows with slow burn romance, love triangles, ship bates, will they won’t theys and everything else that comes with them the writers decided to be subversive by letting the main couple be together. Superman and Luz lane are meant to be together and get together (another parallel to Luz) the writers know this and have decided not to waste our time by pretending otherwise. Superman and Lois have good chemistry. It’s clear that the 2 characters care about each other and I want to see more of them together not because the writers told me to want them together but because their romance stands on it’s own 2 feet no gimmicks or forced drama just strong writing
Look I 100% understand people who like dark and gritty superhero stuff I like dark and gritty superhero stuff. But what’s wonderful about superheroes is that so much Junk can happen in the same universe and it all flows freely. In the same universe you can have a brooding billionaire sad his parents are dead and this junk at the same time
The beauty of a comics universe is there is an alien flying around metropolis in the same universe as there is a secret island full of violent women, in the same universe as billionaires use thier money to beat up clowns, in the same universe where a football player gets turned into a robot in the same universe where martians, a society of hopeful people, mermaids and that’s just the justice league. The most surface level of DC comics is completely bonkers we haven’t even gotten into interdimenional imps or angry starfish. I am also very happy MAWS (cool anagram) isn’t afraid of superheroe stories natural stupidity
I’m hoping that like most animated shows in late season MAWS does get darker/more violent. I know it’s kind of an overplayed trope but that’s because it works. I’m not expecting invincible but a little blood and violence would welcome.
And yeah the writers went hard with kryptonite in this show. It may be the creepiest incarnation yet. It’s creepy what it does to supermans body

Ngl that’s a really odd choice, NKG was perfect, at least in my opinion, he was hard but once you got the attacks down the fight felt like a performance. To re use him again just kinda defeats the purpose of beating him in the first place. You only do so if you want to keep the pet thing with you, you’re telling me I did all that, and I got to fight him again? And if you skip you lose the pet but gotta fight him anyway? Pretty silly honestly lmao.

Bloodborne is such a fantastic game, so seeing them go that direction makes me so happy! Woman of the clock tower, you will always be my favorite soulsborne fight!
It saddens me the mcu has been brought to the state it has, it’s honestly pathetic to look at now. Every movie this phase just feels like the kingdom hearts games, some of them are completely different in terms of gameplay but you only play them to get the main story bit at the end, that’s what it feels like, and I can’t say that’s a good thing, difference is that some of those games are good lmao! If I had to pick which one was the nail in the coffin for me it was she hulk I feel. It was funny at points but just seeing how they rushed hulks story arc made me so mad, it just told me that the only character development they cared about is kangs.
And I know it’s a tv show, so different writers and what not, but Loki is coming up soon and my hopes have completely dashed, even though I loved season one believe it or not.
The monster verse has me excited! I hope at some point we get live action dc crossovers, or an animated one! You have a good point, we are at least going to get something from it, and I think WB will realize that it has an audience, especially after KKvsGZ.
Yeah that’s around when I started to like him as well, it was just refreshing to see these two actually being able to piece together that Clark is Superman, especially so since jimmy was his roommate for a while, it just would make no sense he would be that oblivious to the clock and the multitude of broken objects around the room.
And like you said i really like that jimmy knew and just waited for Clark to tell him, it just told you what kind of character he is in the span of two 2nds, plus the show was self aware that he was essentially kinda a third wheel during Lois and Clark episodes. Just a lot to like about jimmy!
I agree! I really thought they were going to play it out for half a season, even though Clark made it so obvious I really thought she wasn’t going to figure out for a while, but no by like episode 4? she already knew which was all a good way to show her intelligence! The relationship on the other hand gets started immediately, and I’m so happy they didn’t draw it out just so they have conflict for later episodes, the story was clearly set up, written from beginning to end! I can’t wait for season two!
I couldn’t have said it better myself! That’s why I think I have been drawn more towards dc recently compared to marvel, not hating on marvel at all just a preference to the more weirder story’s dc tends to have! And it sucks that those stories have not been used vary well in dc movies, I have faith James Gunn will give us amazing dc stories, as he is a fan himself! It just sucks that other movies like the flash and Shazam 2 just kinda fall flat, and it doesn’t even remotely taps its potential. Look at suicide squad, I couldn’t even believe what I was watching, a live action dc movie with polka dot man, a freaking walking shark! And a starfish! What the heck was I watching? To think that’s something we could get in modern dc is crazy, and that’s the kind of stuff I want to see for Superman movies, no just dc movies as a whole.
A darker MAWS would be awesome, and I’m hoping they go that route, they kinda already laid the groundwork, now all it needs is execution!

Long answer it’s a 9/10 mastapice thats worth watching of the 70 episodes it has like 2 bad episodes
The show is bursting at the seams with amazing characters the show’s ability to establish characters and thier dynamics is unparalleled. Practically every side character has a multi season arc and a reason to exist in the world. It’s so tight nothing is wasted or feels boring. Most writers rooms would buckle under the sheer amount of character dynamic and character comedy the show manages to pull of effortlessly
the story lore and with no spoilers is pretty amazing up until season 3. It’s not bad in season 3 but it’s clear that the writers were caught off guard by the show being cancelled and cobbled together a finale the best they could. And as a final season season 3 is great however undeniably a little messy.
But as a whole the show is 100% worth watching because the story somehow manages to tell a legitimately beautiful and grounded story about betrayal, forgiveness, regrets, rivalries and family using Donald duck. And trust me I when I say that this show takes these characters in directions I never would have thought Disney would allow. This is by far the deepest and most emotionally complex interpretation of the mickey mouse universe and I love it

So I just had this thought, because I'd heard about Nintendo shutting down 3DS and Wii U online services (aka Nintendo Network), and at first my plan only involved playing Mario Kart 7 and Kid Icarus: Uprising online each day that I can, then I decided to try something called a "wonderlocke". Or rather, a variation of.
Basically my initial idea was to start Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, catch 5 Pokémon, then trade them along with my starter away via Wonder Trading and just go through the game with whatever 6 Pokémon I got from strangers. And that's when I realized a snag I'd hit: the "obedience" system. Meaning the 6 I get online won't listen to me. And I definitely can't hack the game to change their info to match mine (because I'm stupid), so I gave myself a headache with the realization that my "playthrough" is going to be harder.
After a hot bath, I suddenly had a new idea: a personal "locke" of my own. I start the game over (again), then when I get my starter, I nickname it, then after I get my 10 Poké Balls from May or Prof. Birch (I forgot who gives them to me), use the first five on whatever Pokémon I'll use on my journey, then the other five on other randoms, then wonder-trade those randoms away over and over until all five are from other countries outside the US. Like trophies.
