yeah actually I wrote an even lengthier response but decided that it's no use trying to reason with a potato and everyone else would be just disgusted so I deleted it. (I still got it somewhere in case anybody wants it bear in mind I didn't pull many stops there)

But what struck me was that he rejected everything that didn't fit a very very simplistic worldview. Ofc there was whataboutism and US bad, mistaking political and economical systems, and so on. The way they turned everything by its tails was kinda pathetic too

Maybe I'm just overanalyzing, I mean I know how simplistic they are because of their lacking education system, but I've known it for a long time, it's hair raising how different is what they are taught in school from reality

I might come off as hateful myself, but I want to believe that I hate only the ones that hurt others, my blood boils every time I hear about people suffering in the name of some wacky ideology

I tried making mochi. Nothin fancy, just chocolate flavored squares following the recipe on the box. It’s hard to mix in the chocolate syrup into the mochi dough but they came out alright. I’ll try making ice cream filled mochi balls next time with the other half of the flour.

@Professor_Plumber It's a Japanese rice dessert but I'm sure someone else could give you a more in-depth explanation.

@Professor_Plumber well, it was just a tiny geopolitics lesson from me, not really that relevant if you're not interested in that region. And some obvious confusion and whataboutism on the other side.

I thought that interacting with one of those won't be beneficial at all, but looking back, I got to feel firsthand just how unhinged and underleveled they are. Completely oblivious to so many matters. It's sad how literally 1/3 of the world is just a product of their countries' propaganda, absolute drones with no consciousness, no abstract thoughts, reduced to the roles of walking puppets. It's scary.

@Professor_Plumber it’s a chewy dough-like food made from glutinous rice flour.

It is fairly sticky and maleable so it’s usually used to encase other stuff, like ice cream, or bean paste. But it’s not limited to dessert dishes.

@TeaCatherine So apparantly some of us 'Mericans microwave our tea. I'm so done with this country. No, the way I do it isn't classy either, it's just turning on the hot tap water and sticking a tea bag in, but it's certainly better than a microwave.

@ComfyAko Ah, Ako, allow me to explain this whole thing.
Long before time had a name (So about 5 months ago) a certain girl woke up and saw her friend taken over by moose. She then gathered her Nekomimi Cult to cure the moose brain. Nekomimi won.
Ok, but really, Kermit started a Moose Cult/Club thing, and I thought I'd be funny and make a Nekomimi Cult (It already existed but not in the forums) and then we went to war with Moose for about a day and we won.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko Wait, you don't use a kettle? Also, tea should only ever be microwaved if you've already made it but you let it get cold.

@MarioLover92 I think BotW and TotK's formats are fine, I just wish they'd keep the main story events closer and a bit more condensed and leave some of the other extras/side stuff for only certain points....It's odd really. On one hand I understand and applaud some games going open world - as long as it's implemented well - but at the same time I can easily get overwhelmed by them. I can sink a ton of hours into these games, feel like I'm checking things off a list even, but it also feels like it'll be awhile before I finish TotK yet. Kind of hoping to finish before my trip, but I'm not sure anymore. That said, I'm FINALLY about to tackle my second dungeon (Fire Temple/Death Mountain). Just wish I didn't have such a busy weekend lol.

The Sonic Advance sub-series seems loved by many. Not quite as much as the original games I'd say, but definitely enough. I'm mildly surprised they haven't received the remake/QoL treatment yet. Didn't know about Sunset Hill being a remixed theme of Green Hill Zone; I'll have to check that out by ear when I get the chance.

@Sunsy I saw some images and a couple short clips of New York City's skyline; the haze was very intense there. I completely understand how that can bother some people. I could see stuff that thick bothering my eyes since they're susceptible to allergic reactions in the spring and fall sometimes. I don't tend to get very ill otherwise. Glad that your asthma is doing better. I have a cousin with it; he stays pretty on top of his, which is good since he works outside a lot.

I do like live action in some situations, and CGI has improved a lot. But overall I prefer animation. Usually hand-drawn over the 3D stuff, but that's all improved too.

I was surprised to see Teenage Kraken as I saw "Ariel" looking creature, I was thinking DreamWorks was really want to tease Disney's The Little Mermaid by putting the scenario Ursula vs Ariel into Kraken vs Mermaid.

Oh, btw. If you like Paw Patrol, there will be another Paw Patrol movie due to 29 September 2023.

I found Kim Kardashian will be the voice actress in new Paw Patrol movie, I wonder which role she got.

Elemental by Disney Pixar is already out in USA (it will be 21 June 2023 here in Indonesia), will you watch that movie ?

Can I consider the Story mode from Splatoon 3 as alternative Ratchet & Clank games on Switch without even bothering the online play or multiplayer play ?
