@Sunsy It was indeed a nice weekend, can't wait until the next one! Weekends are a nice thing overall. I'm glad someone remembers gamespy arcade. Gotta buy those Star Wars games too, since they're probably gonna be discounted on M4th. I love Jedi Knight and I can't recommend it enough.

@EllaTheKawaiiNeko dark humor has this weird tasty flavor of something being funny exactly because you're not supposed to laugh at them. Also, you can't play Christian friendly games like Doom?

@Sunsy Several people left during my showing too, but some did stay. Even less stayed for the very end lol. It would be interesting to see a Yoshi movie in the style of Woolly World, but I'm admittedly not sure if that's gonna happen. Not sure Yoshi has the same pull as a certain plumber pair.

I mostly agree with your impressions on the Mario movie and caught a lot of the same stuff. I do feel that the "Fine, I'll marry you" moment for Peach kinda ruined her a little for me even if they did do a 180 on it later; as someone who doesn't normally care for Princess Peach, I did like movie Peach overall...but I still prefer Rosalina. I really liked the crazy Luma, even if he was just kind of...there. I did like/pick up on a lot of the other Mario and general arcade references!

Okami does have a ton to do. I thought the game was over after the first story but it just kept going. Maybe I’ll jump back in after TOTK.

@Eagly That is probably the reason, and thank goodness they stay in the comments, this place, is a nice place, and I would hate for it to change. Tbh I don’t think it would get to big, I think a good number of people who use the comments don’t even use the site to often, they just pop up leave the comment and leave, come back, so on so forth.

@Owl1 yeah, I believe Swap Force was the last great Skylanders game. It’s clear the last three were more money motivated than anything, not that they were terrible games. The first two games are also great, but those damn giant spiders they put halfway throughout the games terrify me to this day
