I have a theory related to our universum

Something happened in 2010 that severely lowered our ability to think in a creative manner, and to appreciate creativity. Something like in Yesterday (the movie about the Beatles without the Beatles).

Almost every best game and anime came out before the end of 2009 after which the quality of work declined dramatically. Nowadays it's all isekai in a random rpg world for anime, and open world follow the marker copy paste game. There are some notorious exceptions like Xeno 2 and Laid Back Camp, but overally, the popculture went downhill in a manner that I cannot properly explain. Sure, anime and games are now mainstream which means quality goes down to meet the needs of a normie, but that doesn't explain this epic faceplant we are now seeing

@Eagly I mean shipping is bad if it's done in a certain way but most of the time it's fine. I still haven't watched that video, but I think all this craziness is infecting me.
You know how I'm replaying Torna? Well, I found a flautist and immediately thought "ooh, theory time" (sort of joking, I more meant "ooh, I can make a joke about XC3.)

But not gonna lie, it would be so nice to come back, even if for a one day, to when everything was new and fresh, and when I would discover a nice manga shop in a backalley past a gate of an old town's townhouse. I got 1st tome of Wolf's Rain there, after seeing the series and actually thinking it was good, which eventually led me to watching Spice and Wolf

The first 2 hours gameplay of Zelda Wind Waker Wii U I spent by became a lawn mower, lol. 🤭

@Anti-Matter Always a good idea, then again I'd say the Legend of Zelda series was one of the series where you least need money. (Also, XC3 but not the other two.)
By the way, why do you always say "stuffs" instead of "stuff"? "Things" would also be grammatically correct, telling you this in case you want to improve your English a little bit, sorry if I sound patronising.

Wolf's Rain is about 4 wolves trying to escort a plant like lifeform to paradise, and it's kinda like an emotional, pseudo psychological journey

Spice and Wolf is a classic, comparable to Love Hina or Tokyo Mew Mew. It's about a wolf goddess who meets the world's most average trader guy and they start travelling together to the north, where her friends would be waiting

Just reminder, Little Mermaid live action movie will be released on 26 May 2023.
Also, Barbie live action movie will be on 21 July 2023 with more teen stuff.

@Colonel_Mustache Yesterday was a great movie, it stayed in my mind long after the credits rolled. It also got me a bit closer to Beatles since I didn't really like them before. But the whole premise of the movie was great, it really get you thinking.

I couldn't agree more regarding the movies. I have no idea why they even got that thing going, especially when most of those movies are exactly like the predecessors, only a bit worse. Why would you even make the whole movie from scratch if it's just a ripoff of something that is like 30 years old. Just put the old movie on, lol.
