@Anti-Matter I totally understand. A nation's independence is worth celebrating, but health and safety should trump all. Those sound like some pretty fun events and games! I remember participating in some similar activities around Independence Day celebrations here as well. Are there also fireworks by chance?
As for The Alliance Alive and The Legend of Legacy, I've looked into both games but don't have either. You know as much about them at this point as I do.
@MarioLover92 You'd think gamers would mostly be made up of the patient sort since we need to wait on game releases, patches, DLC, etc. a lot. Maybe that is the case for the majority, but you wouldn't think so going by the internet lol. The disgruntled often holler the loudest.
In any case, I can't wait to see what else is in store for Nintendo fans.
@Kermit1 That cat is me in the winter when I'm coming out of a long, deep sleep in my warm bed. I turn down my heat at night.
@tekoii I was floored when the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection was announced! Part of me didn't think it was happening. I appreciate the condolences. Two family funerals last month: one for my uncle and another for a great aunt. I sincerely hope I'm done with funerals for awhile. I'm sorry you weren't able to grab a copy of the XC3 SE. I lucked out and was able to this second time, but it took a LOT of persistence...maybe some insanity. I almost threw in the towel until the cart finally let me check out. I really hope there aren't anymore My Nintendo Store exclusives.... At least the series's pedigree guarantees it'll be a good game!
Currently playing: Pokemon Scarlet DLC, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury (Switch)
@Kermit1 I absolutely recommend considering the PS1 Resident Evil trilogy, Final Fantasy 3 and 4 for the PSP, Little Big Planet PSP and Harvest Moon Back to Nature.
Silent Hill (PS1) is playable, but you need to side-load it through a PS3.
Some good games I would normally recommend like Stardew Valley, Minecraft and Persona 3/4 you can also play on the Switch, but better.
@Kermit1
I saw there is one Muppet game I shared on different thread.
I don't play PS VITA games as I thought it has very terrible games library since I hate rated M games and don't even care Visual Novel games from PS VITA so even if I want to get PS VITA, I only can get six PS VITA games that I can consider.
My pick from PS VITA games (No rated M games):
1. Reality Fighters
2. Pets (Nintendogs game on PS VITA)
3. Modnation Racers Road Trip
4. Invizimals The Alliance
5. Invizimals The Resistance
6. The Muppets Movie Adventure (several minutes ago after watching the gameplay from YouTube) 😅
@Anti-Matter I don't think it's about the wait for a PS5 slim or anything, it's just the system in general is a very hard system to find for some reason.
@MarioLover92 It's alright, besides in this day and age, any post could be considered a review. Even me saying "I think this game is good" could very well be a "review" of sorts, lol.
Ah, I think I might have played one of those, the old movie theater I went to where I use to live, and a bowling alley had one of those machines. I think there was a regular Pac-Man variant. I use to love Sega Super GT, I even remember playing Crazy Taxi at a boardwalk arcade, and the worker there thought I was good at it. I blame playing it on Dreamcast, lol I even remember a Ferrari game Sega made, that had three screens to give you that "in the car" feel.
Yeah, it was something I liked doing years ago. Pay one price, all the games you could play. I think some of the boardwalk arcades had those token machines.
@tekoii Indeed, I'm glad it worked out. Had a feeling trying to add via PC may help since the PC version of Paladins requires a unique name, while Switch uses the name of your profile.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
Been playing some Mario Kart 7 tonight, so that was a good nostalgia trip for me, lol. People are still playing online, too.
@tekoii Oh that's cool to hear. Yeah once you get those things down, and practice for a good while, 200cc will be more manageable. Seems like you're getting better at it, that's good to hear!
@Tyranexx Oh absolutely, all of those things take time to materialize and come out. Yeah...the internet makes it seem like all those angry comments are of the popular opinion. I do try to not act spoiled or what have you, constantly having crazy-high expectations and stuff like that. It's just a game, after all! I'll still be awaiting whatever Nintendo has in store for us next.
@Sunsy Reminds me of those user reviews you'd see on Steam. A lot of those have given me a good laugh, lol!
Oh you know what, there was a secret code you could do on the Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga machine, that would let you play the original Pac-Man. That was actually really cool to find out. They literally had a printed piece of paper that showed off the code. Nice - I've seen quite a bit of Crazy Taxi machines around my area as well. I think I played that game a few times. I don't believe I played Sega Super GT or that Ferrari game. The latter's not Out Run, is it? Because I did play that.
"Give yourself the gift of being joyfully you."
Favorite game: Super Mario 3D World
AKA MarioVillager92. Ask if you want to be Switch friends with me, but I want to get to know you first. Thanks! ❤️
