@Kermit1 good stuff. I had it in January and it was pretty mild in our house too. But I'm pretty sure I had it early in March 2020, just as we all went into lockdown.....I had been traveling for work at the end of Feb.......and while I will never know for sure since there was no testing then, I was brutally sick for weeks and I almost never get respiratory symptoms but the cough lasted for a good two months after. I'm glad it's reached a phase where it is mild for most.......it's been a weird two years.

It's Friday the 13th, so what better way to celebrate than with a movie reenactment? I'm at ye olde scare house for a one night only event!

Apologies if some of this seems disjointed, I've composed it on/off for the last couple of hours. XD

@BruceCM Sounds like a pretty good deal overall! Half price for six months is worth the slight delay IMO...even if I'd have to bum off public and work wifi for a bit. XD

@roy130390 Doing pretty good, just busy as usual lol. Hope you're doing well! I can relate on the sleep problems; I dealt with a bad bout of insomnia in March and occasionally still have issues...though not for very long. I felt more dead than alive then.

@TheJGG Hah, glad to know I am missed!

I might look up the new Doctor Strange movie when it hits streaming services...if I ever bother subbing to one long-term lol. I'm curious about that scene that was cut from the Star Wars film you mentioned; I didn't know about that and believe I'll search it when I have the opportunity.

I'll be honest: I haven't been keeping track of the MCU for some time now. I need to catch up with some of the bigger films - I still haven't watched the last two Avengers movies and the other films released around then - but I was hoping they'd slow down for a bit so I could, so to speak. On one hand, I'm glad they're still exploring some of these characters more. On the other...I admit a bit of Endgame was spoiled for me, and I think it was a good place to end things. I'm just worried about oversaturation.

To be fair with The Hobbit trilogy, there were a lot of details to cover from that book. However, Hollywood definitely got more "creative" with them in relation to their source material. The LotR trilogy had a little of this too, but it's remarkable how much it matches the books. They did cut out a chunk of The Fellowship of the Ring, though said cut content had little bearing on the overall plot anyway. The latter trilogy definitely feels like a cashgrab at times but can still be a fun ride. Phew, glad they didn't add another Fantastic Beasts film when I wasn't looking!

I'm definitely looking forward to hearing the full cover when it's finished! No rush, especially if you're busy or occupied with other pursuits. I have yet to pick up Nintendo Switch Sports since it's a party game, though it's possible I'll grab it eventually. I'd prefer to wait until they add more sports TBH. Glad you're having a great time with it! Oof, you're right, I forgot the latter part of my Discord handle! Not something I'm used to lol. If that's your correct handle, I'll send you a request! Though I'll warn you again, I can be difficult to reach at times.

@Losermagnet Doesn’t sound like a fun time at all, but glad to hear from you and @roy139390 anyhow.

@BruceCM In my admittedly awful experience watching LotR, I watched the first one first, then watched the third one, then watched the second. RotK was still massively engaging even though half the time I didn’t know what was going on and how people got there, which I’d like to think shows it was a good trilogy. I only saw the third Hobbit film and it was mostly confusing, so more or less how you saw it too!

You could put it this way. LotR was made out of passion and love, and The Hobbit was made out of a desire for money and just a little bit of passion.

@Tyranexx
13 is just ordinary number as other numbers.
Peoples just overreacting and oversaturating the number 13 into something superstitious.
In my case, 13 is my special number.

I still working on Epic Chef PS4, have cleared Nyarian League and still working to challenging the Necrumunchers in Magic League. They have exactly same looks since they are Golem like creatures with Venetian costumes and no emotions but they have different ranks and some nasty judge gimmicks during cooking battle (some penalties, some restrictions, etc).
I can assure you Epic Chef will be interesting for you even you don't really engaged with farming part as in Epic Chef, you don't need to water them as they will grow up quickly but they have lifespans for several times harvest time. After you harvest them for several times, they will wilted (disappeared). You can make 1 seed bag by converting 3 same crops / fruits with Windmill.

When I finish the storyline of Epic Chef, I will continue my Dodgeball Academia PS4 as it has pretty 2D graphic in cartoonish 3D environments, very Paper Mario style.

No good deed
Will I do
AGAIN...!!!

Tyranexx

@Anti-Matter I don't buy superstitious numbers like Friday the 13th; it's just another day in my book. IMO the day only has power over people because they make it so.

Seems like you're still having plenty of fun with Epic Chef! I think I've heard of Dodgeball Academia, though I admit the game doesn't entirely look like it's my speed.

Well, I'd rather it was done sooner, @Tyranexx .... But it's a good deal, now Virgin & O2 merged, they have various cross-offers Am O2 SIM only contact that'd be £10 a month gets included with the wi-fi for no extra cost & somehow doubles it's speed
I'll be sure to check that when it's up, they even have apps to monitor it for you! That makes it as good as the next tier broadband which would also be £10 more otherwise
I never saw the 2nd or 3rd Hobbit films, @TheJGG but at least the last 1 had the dragon bit, right? That should make it better

Talking about Nickelodeon Brawl: it costs 4,99 to get Jenny , it costs 11,99 to get the other two (Hugh and Rocko) as well in a pack. Its not a free extra like Garfield or Shredder.

Have a nice day. Voiceactor: The Pirates! (Sony/Aardman 2012) - The Passion: A Brickfilm (Neema 2019) - The Torchlighters: The Story of John Newton (Vision Video 2022) - [NEW] Minno's Laugh and Grow Bible (Minno - 2024)

@BruceCM I imagine that was the only selling point of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. Which is just as good since that's all I remember! That's the ultimate failure of a movie; if you can only remember one thing that shouldn't have even been in it. Who puts the killing of Smaug at the start?!

@Kermit1 @Snatcher I know you like people to ask you for permission before getting your FC so do you mind if I add you? Also, a small request along with that if you don't mind, would you make sure not to say or show what mine is? I like to keep that private personally.

@Fizza Gina's name is duly noted! I have TGAA backlogged and suspect it'll be a little while before I play the two games...likely sometime after I get around to playing Ace Attorney Trilogy.

When it comes to the AA Trilogy, make sure, no matter what, to NOT look up the games whilst you're playing through them or you may see something you'd rather not have known about. That's the magic of the original trilogy: I had no idea what to expect going in and what I got far exceeded what I thought it would be like.
If you get stuck on some parts (like I did a few times especially in Trials & Tribulations), I would recommend the stream archives of Ray Narvaez Jr since he has a guide pulled up for himself at all times, showing him where to go. When you then know what to do, click off and go back to playing. I've used his streams for Link's Awakening and Banjo Kazooie as well, they're great.

Well, there is the battle with 5 armies in the book, @TheJGG ... & Smaug is killed quite a way before the end, actually Perhaps I should try the other 2 Hobbit films, they're probably better than the 1st

So it's been a year now since my house fire. Things just have become way more complicated the past few months putting me in a dark place both emotionally and mentally. Hopefully things will turn out for the good but as of now I don't see a positive ending to this fiasco.
