@HobbitGamer Internal organ pain shouldn't interrupt your sleep cycle unless you're having a period or did something really rough to your stomach before bed-too much liquor or too many spicy things. Though if you're no longer in pain/don't experience pain on multiple nights you might be okay. If you're still in distress you should ask your doctor about it.
Nope, just had good ole diarrhea!! Allergies woke me up, then I had to poop.
Full disclosure, I’m a male (with no period) and I work in healthcare. But I appreciate the sentiment

Oh is it tomorrow?? I thought it was the 1st. I’m really hoping for a Crossing Souls win, myself.
And by “us” he means the upper crust in this thread, clearly. Jeeves! More cola in my diamond encrusted chalice, please.

On today's episode of 'Hobbit Loves His Coworkers', we find that Hobbit has instituted a new form of Throwback Thursday; He takes all the problems and questions that superiors present, and throws them back.

@Octane You say that, and I thought that too, but I've not seen any more started since, and normally there's about 10 a day (complete hyperbolic guess), so unless you and Joey have magically started archiving them all then maybe it has helped. Wakes up next morning and sees 50 new PGFC threads
You guys had me at blood and semen.
What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?
So I randomly decided to finally install the desktop twitch app and turns out I have a lot of free games there.
Even Steamworld Dig 2, which was basically the one interesting thing in the buch.
That reminds me: I also have a few games I got on Twitch that I got on Prime Day. It was clunky as heck to figure out how to work it all out, but hey, free Metal Slug 3? Sign me up!

I need to start a series titled "Tyranexx Hates Customers". Some of these requests for the software I work on are getting very picky, particular, and/or just plain lazy. "I want this notification to send automatically when such and such is changed. Whaddya mean I can do the same thing with one extra click?"
Next, they'll be asking it to run a toaster in Antarctica.
So I can get a discount on Metroid Prime: Hunters via My Nintendo. Is it worth it? I've heard it's more FPS-y than the mainline Prime entries; I mostly desired the exploration, lore, and puzzles in the Prime games than anything else.
@ReaderRagfish: I see. I'm mainly just trying to determine if I should spend the measly $5 plus tax or just watch a silent YT Let's Play or something. Normally I'd kind of just ignore it, but supposedly it may have some bearing on Prime 4 from some online rumblings.
@ReaderRagfish: The more I look into it, the more I think that I'll just watch a Let's Play. It apparently hasn't aged well, plus there are no online functions any way you look at it for now.
@AxeltheBuizel: I played the whole Trilogy over the span of last year and enjoyed it! There are some FPS vibes, but the best description would be to truly call it a 3D Metroid.
I have hunters in the DS, I actually enjoyed the single player more than the multiplayer. It was all cheaters and hackers.
The single player has four relatively small planets to explore and you can go back and forth between them as you unlock the new beams (to open more of the planets). So it's very much a Metroid game, except you only have to find different kinds of beams instead of different skills. It's also rather hard, and if you lose one of the big important items in one of the battles against the other mercenaries you must hunt them down to take it back.
I'd say it's worth as a single player experience. Although I'm not sure it would be very confortable to play on a WiiU.
I enjoyed Hunters when it came out, but there is zero lore value as it relates to the franchise. If you want a little more Prime gameplay, it’s worth a fiver. If you’re only after story tie in, don’t worry about it.

All the lore is pretty self-contained, which can be nice. It is also rather important since ignoring the lore spots kinda means you won’t see the true ending.
It’s all about he Alimbic creatures, who inhabited the planets you’re exploring.
@Yosheel Your scales are full of limbic system lore!
EDIT (Now that I'm settled at the office): Is it just because I started Prime 2 the same day I finished Prime 1, or does Echoes seem to be kinda blegh? Maybe it's just a bit slower paced. I've only wanted to pick it up once this week, then got frustrated when I couldn't figure out where to go. "There's a portal nearby" No, there's not, you're a lying moth bird liar!
NA folks should start getting winner prizes today, I believe. And I've got a 3 day weekend starting in....sigh 8 hours.
