another one of my episodes of fast food failure
so i go to mcdonalds and order all my crap.
they forget 2 orders of fries.
i call the number on the receipt and its the number to a voicemail.
this city folks...is something else. living where i live this is day to day and how it is each and every single one of them getting out into society. no one can do their job right. mailing packages to the wrong location, give you wrong food orders, make bank mistakes and do not know what time yer store opens. all different locations in one day. if i was an octopus i wouldnt have enough feet to put in peoples poopers that messed up in 24 hours. we will try again next week and see if everyone refrained from the idiocy.

I really liked the film except for the final, i prefered for the opposite...

I've barely watched the Iron Man trilogy and the Avengers.... The MCU is getting too damn big to keep up with it.
I want to watch Dr. Strange one of these days, though.

I've only seen the first two Avengers movies and Winter Soldier (also Deadpool if we're counting that). I keep meaning to watch all the movies in order, but there are other movies out there that call for my attention.

Had a dream last night that a Lion was rummaging around our garbage. That was strange.

On topic, yeah, the MCU is getting pretty huge. I've managed to see everything released so far except for Doctor Strange, at least when it comes to the films. When it comes to the TV series, I'm about half & half. I've seen the first season of Agents of Shield, as well as all the Netflix miniseries', but I've yet to see the rest of AoS, or the entirety of Agent Carter.

I watched everything of the MCU and i really love it, even if i love Marvel in general. It really got me, can't wait for Spiderman Homecoming and Thor Ragnarok this year!

So today Jim Sterling said because Nintendo copyrights on YouTube in a way that makes him using his Jimquisition IP in the way he wants unusable, it is morally okay to pirate anything they ever released or will release, and walk into Nintendo NY and shoplift, particularly at the back with the Zelda cards...while opening said cards. And that you shouldn't actually pirate it, and the instructions are easy to find online and that its not okay to, and that he doesn't endorse it, while winking.

Uh huh.

The escalation here is like stepping on someones toe, and choosing to kill the perpetrator in return. This might sound like a strange idea to Mr. Sterling, but if Jimquisition is meant to be ad free....don't use copyrighted content. Or better yet, its not him getting ad revenue, so its still ad free for him. Or endorse adblockers.

I mean Sony and several movie studios came down on me when I uploaded the Ratchet and Clank remake. Doesn't make it morally okay to pirate everything they ever made.

But whatever, this is the point we are at. In this world it is now being advised that it is morally okay to pirate anything Nintendo ever did or will do and it is your right to.

If he believes its okay to ignore parts of the law that suit you, because Nintendo apparently does that and therefore we should, maybe I should go and clone his IP and pirate all of his works....not that I'd endorse that. Its not hard to do and its morally right, but I wouldn't advise it.

Don't bother with Agents of Shield as it's rubbish but Peggy Carter is fantastic and shouldn't be tainted by AoS.

Marvel's Universe has been a sprawling mess for decades, and it was the main reason why I don't read American Comicbooks in general (along with DC's blackhole of Angst). I don't know why I thought their Movies & TV series would be any different...

@BLP_Software I watched a lot of Jimquisition videos lately, and...he has a tendency to be extreme, and likes to get people riled up. I mean, he usually has a good point, but I've very quickly found that any positive input he could is lost due to his agressive, antagonistic bent to his main run of videos. It's only only worth listening to if you're willing to sift through the angry banter, which...I don't even I could justify ever again. Needless to say, I'm pretty much done watching his videos where he uses his tired, self-centered, Neo-Fascist schtick.

@CanisWolfred Well my stance on his argument has expanded. In addition to him being an idiot as I mentioned up above with some points, his encouragement of this behaviour actually gives me, and many developers, ammo.

If his encouragement leads to widespread piracy of anything released on a Nintendo platform, that is him, picking and choosing how the law suits him in order to protect his IP, as that is what he believes Nintendo is doing. However, that picking and choosing on his part, would then damage my IP via piracy as it will be released solely on Switch.

Therefore, because he is retaliating against one IP to protect his own in a misguided way (In the video he does state verbally that The Jimquisition is his IP, this is a very important point), and that his actions are morally right to protect it, in the event his actions led to the piracy of my IP, I could, using his own argument, pirate HIS IP, which he says is morally okay and has stated he owns.

So, you know, should it come to that, I'm also more than happy to say the instructions are there, I don't endorse it, but you are right to, but you didn't hear it from me, but its okay to because its protecting your IP in the way they did.

@ogo79 You know what, I would agree with you. If the Netflix series of Daredevil didn't have the stupidest problem with it.

Season 1 - Only becomes the actual Daredevil at the very end
Season 2 - Only becomes Punisher at the very end

A movie of origin story for Spider-Man gets flak, but an entire season of origin for each character? That's cool is it?

I just don't like Netflix shows. Something feels...off Or maybe it's US produced shows that feel off. Iunno.

The MCU is a glorious thing because as soon as one movie megaflops, it comes crashing down. That and we are at the point where you miss one movie and its all out of whack for you.

And is Hydra going to do anything? Like ever? Or are they just there to kickstart every movie in some dumb way?
