Despite buying less games than usual, the year 2016 ended up having most hours spent playing 3DS. According to my Activity Log, I spent 1111 hours and 15 minutes. It's a shame the last digit wasn't 1 as well. It would've been a nice coincidence.

Star Fox Zero is a reboot on the level of RoboCop 2014 - retelling the same old story (for the third time - Star Fox 64 was already a soft reboot of the original Star Fox game), while missing nearly every point it made, and shoehorning in elements that just don't work within the original framework (and I'm not even sure if they ever would've worked on their own).

...You mean it wasn't? O.o .......(JK. The only Sonic game I've played and beaten was Sonic Advance 3, and while I enjoyed it I prefer platformers like Mario. I do plan on playing the earlier games at some point.)
There's also the fact that I'm not a big fan of shooters in general, on-rails or no.
Gd Damn Zeus Buscuits! I spent the better part of today looking forward to reading a webcomic today, thinking it'd be perfect, and a game I was playing got me in the mood for its brand of humor. Read a little before bed, and maybe it'll give me something uplifting to think about in bed so I sleep better. Let me take a break from that game for a bit so I can savor it for a longer period. Hey, I was thinking of drawing tomorrow, maybe it'll help inspire me...
