I've already contributed, StuffyStuff. Doing it here in this one thread about caps-lock where it can be avoided as opposed to in chat where it can't is somewhat more preferable, and as I've already said before, if it gets super-obnoxious and people start being hounded for not turning on their cruise control, it will be taken care of. :3
