Yes i really like fighting games, Street Fighter and King of fighters are my favourits. And im pretty good, okay i just fight against friends but nobody of them can stop my Ryu / Kyo rage 1 month ago i got capcom vs. tatsunoko, but it was a game of my brother so he traded it with other games .
Yep 94 and 95 are pretty hard to beat but all other games on this collection are really cool and i play them often. But there is no online mode :/ You got it too ?

Nope. Keep putting it off. Played the arcade versions of them before, though, and I have KOF 98: Ultimate Match on the Xbox 360. '94 and '95 slaughter me, but I love '96-'98. And '99, too.
Thinking of buying MvC3 which will (I guess) be my first fighting game. Will have to wait though because I'll still be saving money at the time of the release, and $60 would be a big chunk since I'm probably getting LBP2 this month.
Yes i think the same way ^^ I buyed the collection, played the first 2 titles and thinked : Holy hell... hope the next title isnt THAT hard to beat O.o
For you, the day LordJumpMad graced your threads, was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday. [url=http://www.backloggery.com/jumpmad]Unive...
My favorite fighting game is Smash Bros., but that's recieved enough love already. One I would like to point out is Bleach: Dark Souls for the Nintendo DS. It's a basic fighter with dazzling moves, card combat, and touch-screen accesability for newbs who can't memorize button combos. The story mode is addictive, and there's a lot of bonus features to see. All in all, it's the best DS Fighting game.

Oh Yeah, Dark Souls is real good. I should play it more, I only played it, like twice, even though it's theonly DS fighter I have and I liked what I played of it.
So I tried SSBB the other day and I really don't get the controls. It was so frustrating. I know how to do moves but nothing makes sense. I can't get a feel for it - it's like, half fighter, half action game, half platformer. All genres I love but SSBB has this mysterious, nebulous game system I can't figure out. I know I'm meant to knock others out of the arena by hitting them and raising that percentage number but I keep getting hit instead. I keep losing all the time. Help me understand this game!
I like them. Problem is, my friends don't (except for, of course, Brawl/Melee) Ergo, I don't buy too many I really like the vs. series and the SF series. I used to play them at the arcade a lot where I used to live, but the D&B (closest thing to an arcade where I live now) does not have a single fighting games
I did buy SC2 which was a lot of fun, and I got TvsC a while ago which is an absolute blast, and have recently got back into it.
Started playing Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core again. I'm honestly pretty damn good with Ky Kiske and can beat every character with him... except for Sol Badguy. I think Sol is slightly overpowered, lol.

I do I have SSF4, SF2T, SSB, SSBM, SSBB, DoA D, TvC. I think I should get Final Fight
Digitaloggery 3DS FC: Otaku1 WiiU: 013017970991 Nintendo of Japan niconico community is full of kawaii! Must finish my backlagg or at least get close this year W...
After trying to get into Super Street Fighter IV, I just can't stand it. The only fighting game I'll ever play are Smash Bros. and a little of the Vs. Capcom games- even then, I lose interest in the latter because I never liked the idea of doing a combination to pull off one move (in regards to nifty fighting tricks- specials, are fine with me but even then...)
I'll stick with Smash Bros. despite what others might say. Don't care, really. Much more accesible and fun for me.

Yeah, but it doesn't really give you the sense of accomplishment other fighting games give you. That's why I could never stand SSB once I got into real fighting games.
Here's a tip, though: There's no shame in putting a fighting game on the easiest difficulty until you learn the moves. Especially a street Fighter game, they're pretty tough.
