The United States, so I could undo the damage both parties do to the country on a regular basis, establish a viable third party to keep Democrats and Republicans in check, impose term limits so politicians can't become fixtures that simply represent special interests groups... and make Guam and the Virgin Islands the 51st & 52nd states just for the heck of it.
