Sometimes if I'm really angry I'll hit things which includes myself and if the cause is someone I really hate, I'll imagine myself brutally murdering them. I have thoughts about that with very few people though, it has to be someone I really hate for me to have thoughts like that, its not like I do that for anyone that pisses me off.
