Topic: Peak of animation

This is for a paper I'm doing. In your opinions, what shows are the peak of animation? It can be american or japanese animation and I'm asking subjectively. What shows have the best mix of writing, art, voice over, and character design?

Studio Ghibli would definitely be top of most people's lists, Spirited Away is one of the best movies ever made.
I also have a soft spot for Neon Genesis Evangelion as well and feel that is an almost perfect anime - between story arc and the characterisation it just nails everything for me. The Netflix version feels off because of the redub but it's still a great watch.

We don't really let people make threads for things like these (help with homework, surveys, etc).
