I saw someone call them the LJN of modern gaming and that sounds about right lol.

Only played two games from them but I think both of them give me enough of a good idea on not to expect much from them. First was My Little Pony A Maretime Bay Adventure and, uh, it's about the length of a Yakuza substory. Previews gave the impression of an actual platformer and there's barely any platforming, just minigames and fetch quests, and the game's also inexcusably short, it's barely an hour. Like I'm not one to go "BACK IN MY DAY!", but I was growing up with games like Battle for Bikini Bottom and Simpsons Hit and Run, games with plenty of to do and keep a kid busy, even if the games weren't amazing, you had plenty of licensed games that would at least keep you busy for a spell. ]Also as a fan of G4, I'm totally not salty G4 got snubbed from getting a proper game for over a decade only for G5 to get 1 right off the bat(and evidently two from recent news)

The other game I played was Transformers Battlegrounds, which is the Transformers game I ever played. More meaty than MLP:AMBA, but still a very basic and short Turn-based strategy game that just left me feeling empty. I will say it's still better Rise of the Dark Spark, but doesn't even come close to some of the genuinely great Transformers games like Fall of Cybertron or Devastation. Also it loses points for not having the best boy Hot Rod despite being the Cyberverse continuity

My Little Pony by Outright Games was quite good in my opinion, but the game was too short and not really maximized the potential to be 3D platformer game.
Maybe it was like testing the water approach by releasing the basic looking games to see the feedback from audiences and when the games got some good feedbacks, the developers might make better games.

And about Transformers Battlegrounds, I enjoyed the game better than Mario + Rabbids, even my Mario + Rabbids still not finished for 6 years. I would like to see Transformers Robots in Disguise get game version on console as I saw great potential to become 3D action adventure games like Transformers games on PS3.

Despite there are a lot of games by Outright Games pretty short to finish, but I think they are still acceptable enough for me as long the games are not broken / unplayable due to terrible bugs. I keep hearing those complaints from Switch version and that's why I pick the PS4 / PS5 version for every games by Outright Games to avoid terrible downgraded on Switch version. I didn't even encountered with any problems from the games by Outright Games on PS4 version, I could finish the games very well.

tbf I don't think either were especially bad. Like they function and they play fine, but I feel like they could be a lot more. I played them both on the Switch and I think they were fine

Gameplay trailer of Rainbow High: Runway Rush.

Cool, so the gameplay is similar as Imagine series by Ubisoft with Rainbow High franchise.

And moreover, I will get the PS5 version. 😊

I have no idea what kind of game is this but they just drop announcement about new Grinch Christmas game on multi consoles due to 13 October 2023.
Not a Christmas time, eh ?
I have never expected Outright Games have a lot of announced new kids games during this year.

Nope, to have it in time for Christmas. Retail in the US often starts their holiday season stuff after Halloween, with some stuff selling before then too. The October 13th date is to basically guarantee it's on shelves for the holiday season.

If the game came out in December, stores would be less likely to keep it in stock due to it being a Christmas item (that gives it a month or less of shelf time). It's rare when I find a Christmas DVD during anytime of the year because stores only stock them around November and December.
