Haven't seen Akira, but even if I did it wouldn't matter. Brotherhood is my favorite, and for me arguable the best, anime ever.

FMA: Brotherhood for me as well. I saw Akira for the first time a few years ago, and it was good, but FMA: Brotherhood is one of my all time favs.

Code Geass as it's my 4th favorite anime.

Badlands Rumble. It was a worthy follow up to Trigun and an enjoyable movie overall

Badlands Rumble, for sure. I haven't seen it, but it's based on Trigun, which I enjoy waaay more than Code Geass.

I liked Badlands Rumble a lot and thought it was a fine companion piece to the series, but I don't feel right voting on this one when I feel like I haven't given Code Geass a fair shake.

That reminds me, I need to watch Eureka 7 again. It's been a few years since I've seen it, but I remember enjoying it (and It'll be a blast comparing it's colorful world with that of Deadman Wonderland, which has the same animators).

As for this round, I'm voting Yu Yu Hakusho!

Spirited Away. Easily one of my favorite movies, animated or otherwise. That's saying a lot, especially since I'm usually not a fan of "here's a world, we don't need typical narrative" stories but it was done so brilliantly here. Every scene, every character...just everything. I honestly think why my opinion of Ghibli movies is lower than a lot of others might be because this was such an impossibly brilliant first impression.
