All they have is DS, Wii, and 3DS. They deleted all their classic console and game info, so how are new gamers supposed to learn more about Nintendo's past?

Why should casual gamers care about Nintendo's past?

This. If you're that concerned with knowing Nintendo's history, do some web searches about it. Or use Wikipedia.
Sure, you can just look it up another way, but it's the official Nintendo site, they should have at least a LITTLE more info.
This.
@SuperSushiLax I'm sick of that whole "casual gamers" label; it's being thrown around WAY too much these days, like the terms "(hard)core gamer", "mature", and "kiddie".
Back when I was a kid before the internet was main streamed a wrote a letter to NOA asking about the history of Nintendo for a school project/ They sent me a reply with a whole timeline and history about Nintendo from their humble beginnings as a tradeing card company to now.
Maybe you can send them an email asking about their history.
