Nintendo is well known for their marketing prowess, but recently their commercials seem to have gotten very tame. What happened to the edgy Nintendo of the 1990's? Their commercials were cool, inventive, and sometimes bizarre.

Both Nintendo and Sega were making these crazy commercials that were actually inventive. Nintendo has lost their "cool" recently in my eyes.

You know, if they didn't show the Game Boy Advance at the end, I'd have no idea it was a video game commercial. That commercial had nothing to do with the game they were trying to advertise.
