So a new Sonic and Sega all stars racing game came out recently. Well the company that produced the game SUMO decided that fans could create a poll and anyone could recommend characters to add as downloadable content in the future. But in order for this company to actually look into these characters they need 1000 people to sign a petition towards a certain character. So we're trying to get Ristar and Vectorman into the game. You would have better luck putting a link to the petition in your signature, that way people will see it more in the various threads you post in rather than one single post.
