I don't want to sound obsessive, but I would really like to hear what people think of Transformed. I'm thinking about getting this game, but I wanted to hear some thoughts on it first. If you haven't played the game, please don't post (unless you're posting a review).

From what I've played, the game is really quite good. The cars handle just like the previous game, the boats handle like they do in Hydro Thunder, and the plane sections are exciting - though they require a bit more work to master. This game is most likely a no-brainer at its $39.99 price tag.

No problem. I've played the XBOX 360 demo and spent 30 or so minutes with the Wii U version and didn't come across any slowdown or inconsistent frame-rates.

Played about an hour of this with my 4 year old son this morning. He loves MK on the WIi and 3DS, and so he really wanted Transformed once I showed him a trailer.
Seems like a solid kart racer. It's really cool to be able to play two player without split screen. P1 with the gamepad gets the gamepad screen, P2 gets the full TV screen. More than 2 players will split the screen for the non-gamepad players. Frame rate seemed rock solid with the simultaneous dual displays.
I'm a little disappointed that the gamepad does not support tilt steering, however the analog stick steering control work perfectly well. And although I haven't tried it, I assume that no one has to use the gamepad if everyone wants to use tilt/Wii Wheel controls.
EDIT: I haven't really verified the lack of tilt controls on the GamePad. However they didn't seem to be listed in the manual.
@LEGEND_MARIOID it's possible I missed a control method to do this. There are a couple of different control styles listed in the manual, but they were just different button arrangements, and I haven't tried to change the controls yet. I won't be able to try it again until tonight though.
I just found this review. I don't know how reputable this place is, but the game sounded excellent. Also, it confirms being able to steer by tilting the Game Pad.

Although this looks great (and I'd like to support our local devs!) I wasn't sure the budget could stretch to buying this at launch. I figured the kids could just carry on playing MKWii until The new MK came out. Then I saw that this is only £29.99 brand new! What a bargain, I'd recommend everyone goes out and buys it.

I think it was early, incomplete demos that were riddled with issues.

I found another good review here. However, it does sound like the game has a bug problem. On the bright side, it sounds like the developers are doing there best to patch the problems. I'm still willing to give it a try. What do you guys think?

There is just thisone Boost Challenge that is literally impossible. No one on the Miiverse knows how to do it, only a few have accomplished the task...
