Off course I have had red Gyarados many times. I remember being totally surprised to run into a purple Drowzee in the original Gold. I had an orange Zigzagoon I got from sending my Sapphire game to Nintendo to get that Berry Fix. There was a green Doduo I got on LeafGreen. I had a Bronzong in a pretty green colour on Pearl. There was an orange Kricketune I had on Diamond. I was looking for a Relicanth in Emerald. While Relicanth is a rare sight, I was even more annoyed when I did not only knock it out in one hit, but it was also green instead of brown. Damn those critical hits!!!
Well, if we include them even if I don't have the games anymore, and if we include legit trades, Squirtle, roserade, kricketot, gallade, muk, bronzong, magnezone, tangrowth, Porygon Z, Togekiss, Gyrados, Rayquaza, Floatzel, feebass, eevee, and there are probably others I can't remember.

I caught a Shiny Argon from emerald. and red Gyarados in SS. do you guys know how to find shinies quicker?
Well, if you use the PokeRadar in Pearl/Diamond/Platinum I believe you can do something called "chaining" to obtain a shiny pokemon. By using the radar the chances go from 1/8192 or something to 1/208 or something. I've never used chaining, so I'm not really sure...

I found a shiny chinchou in Ruby. It looked the same as a normal chinchou, but shiny lanturn looks purple I've also chained 2 shinies in Pearl (Blue Miltank and a Parichisu with a pink stripe instead of a blue) Then there's the inevitable PCP and red gyarados. That's it .
