Topic: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic

I'll be watching the latest episode tomorrow.
I've been watching Dragon Ball Z, the Majin Buu saga.
It seems I have a lot of catching up to do tomorrow.

I just watched the episode it was great. I liked......... well what everypony else said. I love it when they have continuity.

EPISODE SPOILERS AHOY
And today's episode... SO MUCH SONG! SO MUCH PINKIE PIE (and so much pestering the poor donkey, hee hee). Knew it was going to be a good one when it starts out with decking out for aerobics (Pinkie, the 80s called, and want their exercise outfit back ) trying to entertain the baby Cakes (And OH the punny moments in this episode... "nailed it" and "four-ever" ROTFLMAO). "Smile, smile, smile" was one of the best songs EVER! It's nice, Pinkie wanting to be friends with everypony, but she sure put Cranky Doodle Donkey through a lot, hee hee. Some notes. That's one Hell of a welcome wagon (OMG... Pinkie came out of her batter shell and ate herself in ONE GULP!!!), that donkey is REALLY REALLY BALD, Rainbow Dash is working her way through the Derring Do books (and increasing her egghead level), HOW IN THE BLEEP DID YOU SHRINK AND GET INTO THAT SNOW GLOBE, DERPY???, and we saw a PINKIE RAINBOOM. Oh, also, we got to hear Pinkie say "oatmeal" again, and BEAVER PIE IS BEST BEAVER (Or Bieber... he can't sing like Pinkie Pie)!

(and we got to see the inner workings of Pinkie Pie's mind... ZOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Today's episode was a TON of fun. This is Pinkie Pie at close to her most Pinkie-riffic. Since most all of it has been mentioned, I guess there isn't much else for me to say but ZOMG I WENT TO TOYS R US TODAY AND THEY HAD THE BLIND BAGS! A HAPPY BRONY IS ME! lol.

Ahem... now, iTunes, in the words of Rarity, "be a dear" and hurry up with the new episode upload. ^_^

Continiuty is great. If only we see some of that for RD's pet.

Anyway, time for a recap.

Honestly...this one isn't my favourite. It's not even close. Though the animation in this one was head and shoulders above the ones we've seen so far, the plot wasn't particularly interesting. Slow donkey's don't really blend well with elastic ponies.
Also Pinkie's humour is generally more visual which is fine when mixed with witty comments, but sort of falters on it's own.
The song was probably the highlight of the episode. THAT truly was something else entirely.

tl;dr The song was great and the animation was superb, but story and humour was a bit lacking in my opinion.

Chapter 4 is up! Chapter 3 summarized some important events in Horus' memories, but chapter 4 will focus more on this "Starlight" through symbolism and flashbacks. Also, if you are really daring and want a sneak peak T&D 2 (not submitted) and i'll have a chapter and password for you guys (I started T&D 2 now so I will know how T&D 1 ends and tie the plot, also didn't want to lose ideas.)

@Everybody Btw if anyone has any more comments on Wthin the Night Bringers Chapter 4, I would appreciated them. I haven't have time to write at all. but if you guys like it and think it has not that many mistakes, I may publish it tonight. For my few trackers.

Today episode was a blast from the past, that animation was classic, and funny. Didn't put that much attention to the details, but "Four evers, it's like forever" made me laugh so much. I was enchated by the song, which lick I had been ignoring, I seriously can't think of nothing more Pinkie Pie.ish. And so many little songs beside, it was a joy.

@Twilight_Crow Heads up, I made a quick transition about Horus' "love" but since I received a "hint" of not going into that, I tried to quickly transition out, but the love element will certainly come back later. After all, this is what will drive him to go back ho...... Whoops....

@TeeJay - You have invaded my streetpass group's community, which for some strange reason are old scores have been booted to a new community called Real(life) Kart. Your not the first nintendolifer to jump in on us. Sadly I'm at my Mom's house and I kept losing connection. I don't understand why our scores are in a different community. Sadly my loss of connection suggests I won't be racing online till about a week is up.

I'm guessing you missed it? I explained my post that did "not answer" your questions after your last comment. I hate it when I come off as unclear or confusing.

@Squiggles - Expect it tomorrow or late tonight, I think I made thinks a little trickier to pull off then I should have.

Sidenote: How long should I make it. If I stick to my new plan, then it is almost over.
