As of this minute, Mario Kart 7, Kid Icarus: Uprising, and Skyward Sword. Have been on the fence about Super Mario 3D Land, but the name change actually has me more interested and I plan on reserving it (still wish it were New Super Mario Bros. 3DS).
I'm not really big on pre-ordering, but I'll probably pre-order either SM3DL, KIU or MK7 so I don't have to worry about not getting anything good for the holidays.

I showed up the night before and begged because I knew they would run out. I got one, though.
I preordered Super Scribblenauts and got Maxwell's headphones, and I also preordered Ocarina of Time and Mario Kart 7, although up until now I still haven't been able to stop by a Gamestop and pick it up. There's no guarantee it'll be in stock by now, but Gamestop would be stupid to NOT have it, since it's such a hot game, so....here's hoping.
I also preordered Skyward Sword, but I cancelled it because I no longer have my Wii.
The only thing I have Pre-ordered is Professor Layton and the Last Specter. I only pre-ordered it because last year I ended up having to go to Gamestop anyway to find a copy of Unwound Future, and I want to make sure I get a sealed copy.
I don't preorder unless I can get some preorder credit/gift cards or a good bonus. This seems to have stopped happening with first party Nintendo games as of late, so I have nothing preordered now.

Nothing, because if you wait 2-3 weeks most games drop in price significantly and there are very few games out there I would ever pay £40 for...or £30 if it's a handheld game...
I used to pre-order a lot when I was about to get them at around 25% off and get reward points from GAME and I'd usually get it the day before release too. but they've stopped that, and in general I've noticed how quickly games depreciate.
I've only ever preordered one game and that was Metroid: Other M.
