Although the SNES has all my childhood memories (and is a close second) I'd have to say the N64, had a taste of 3d gaming on my Saturn and friend's PS, but the N64 really blew my mind with what could be done with it (Banjo Kazooie, Zelda OoT, Zelda MM and Mario 64 being the ones that blew my mind the most), plus the party games (Mario Party, MK64 & Goldeneye) make Uni a lot of fun.
GameCube, it was my first home console and I still regularly return to its amazing library of games especially during the common Wii U game droughts. Loved the connectivity with the GBA so I could play Mt.Battle using my Sapphire team, unlock exclusive Mario Golf Advance Tour characters in Mario Golf Toadstool Tour or exclusive maps in Fire Emblem Path of Radiance for connecting to the 2 GBA games for example.
Also in general the games actually challenged you if you wanted to get 100% or even complete in plenty of cases, I still remember when I first beat the poison swamp and pachinko machine levels in Super Mario Sunshine or the time I completed F-Zero GX's Story mode on Very Hard, these were things I was proud of completing due to their very difficult nature.
