The ECA (Entertainment Consumers Association) is a kind of gamer lobbying group in the US. They have a membership plan of $19.99 a year- less if you register as a student with a .edu email address.
The cool part is they have recently rolled out some perks for members, one of which is 10% off amazon game purchases. This isn't a one time deal, instead, they allow you to generate a new 10% off code with every order.

If you spend a good amount on gaming, the membership is worth it alone for the amazon discount. Discount is only for games Amazon is selling, so no hardware or 3rd party sellers. But it can be applied to pre-orders or wii points.
