Topic: Club Nintendo Rewards. ^_^

I just got my platinum reward in the mail yesterday. It's the figurine that has the whole Super Mario gang on it, coolest reward I've seen yet. It came in a yellow box with question marks on it, and included a thank you note for helping Nintendo 'put smiles on gamers faces' by taking part in the surveys. If you didn't know already, by registering your products at https://club.nintendo.com/ and filling out surveys, you get coins that can be redeemed for goodies. You can also get a special yearly reward without using any of your coins. Anyhoo, the point of this post is, as small a thing as it is, it means a lot, and adds a personal touch. These things cost money to produce, and the cost of shipping to the members... It's just really refreshing when I can't turn my other systems on without being bombarded with advertisements. I think Microsoft would charge me for turning my 360 on if they could. Now that I think about it, shouldn't being subjected to all those commercials entitle me to free live? I mean, that's how commercial radio and television works, right? All I'm saying is it's nice to be appreciated once in a while. And I, er, appreciate being appreciated.

Ugh. The only game I don't have is Metal Torrent and i'm not interested in that. I'll probably just get one of the game and stylus cases.

Paper Mario - Already have this on my N64. Not spending 200 coins on it here even though it is a great game.
Kirby Super Star - Just got this on the Kirby anniversary collection. Saving my coins.

Was kind of hoping there would be something I'd want this time...well, here goes another month or however long

Disappointing indeed, got MT B&B I got kirby super star ultra (better version of super star), and whats more sad is that it don't update until next month...guess I will save up for game & watch ball.

That's why I never end up getting any of the downloads. I feel like it's a waste rather than saving up for something exclusive.

Well nothing for me this month already have Kirby Super Star on both the VC (got it last time it was offered through CN) and the anniversary collection. Never been interested in Paper Mario either, so hopefully this will give me time to build up my coins again for next months rewards.

Paper Mario is just an okay RPG. But it takes around 40+ hours to finish. That's a pretty good deal for 200 coins I think.
