You move over to the movie stand and glance it over. You've amassed quite the collection over the years, mostly action movies. Blues Brothers, Die Hard, James Bond, all the good stuff. But one of them caught your eye; a blank DVD case was sitting in the middle, slightly protruding from the rest of them. You frown, pulling it out. On the cover it said "Watch me." in scribbled marker. You open the case, and inside lies not only a blank dvd, but a key. You grab the key, instantly familiar with it; It was the key to the basement. You put the key in your pocket, and proceed to place the DVD into your dvd player. You step back as it starts up, wondering what it could be. It immediately begins, showing a scene all too familiar... This one. The video showed you from behind, standing near the tv, watching this recording. Your heart sinks as you spin around in fear, but nothing was behind you. You look back at the tv but it's gone back to white noise.
A) Change channels/Turn tv off. B) Go into the basement.

You unlock the basement door and open it up, heart racing. This day was going from bizarre to freaky pretty quickly, and you were afraid of what was going to be down there. You slowly make your way down the steps, trying not to make too much noise just in case. From the foot of stairs you can see a small box, partially opened. You hesitantly move towards it, and open it up, revealing a diary of sorts. You flip it open, and on the first page you see a disturbing message, "They're going to kill you.". Then from upstairs you hear a smash, followed by footsteps. Someone had kicked in your front door.
A) Run upstairs and try to escape. B) Hide and wait for a better opportunity.

You dart behind the furnace and duck down, breathing heavily. The footsteps walk about above you, stopping in almost every corner of the kitchen and living room, almost like it was looking for something. Then, just as you were afraid of, you hear the steps start coming down the stairs slowly. You peek through an opening to get a look at who it was. The man in the trench coat steps into view, but his face was blurred and you couldn't see it. It was like something was in your eye, but it was just his face. It petrified you, freezing you in place in terror. The man walked about, looking around the room, before stopping at the box and picking up the diary you had just looked at. He flipped it open and saw the same message you did, and spoke. But whatever he said wasn't english. It was like white noise. An eerie buzzing fuzziness, with muted, muffled sounds which might have been words. You gathered your wits and decide to act.
A) Attack the man. B) Run upstairs and get out of the house.

You dart out from behind the furnace and jump the first few stairs, attracting the mans attention. He quickly gets up and runs after you, calling after you with his disturbing white noise mumbles. You get to the top, spin around, and slam the door closed. In pure instinct, you slam your fist down on the handle as hard as you possibly can, breaking the door knob and jamming the door closed. The man slams into the door, calling after you. You hold your hand in pain, and run out the front door.
A) Go next door. B) Go into the backyard. C) Go to your car.
