I like Grizzly Bear, and other indie bands. I don't like the Chicago Bears. Not because I have something against them particularly, but because gridiron football is dumb. I've never seen a panda bear in Louisiana. Maybe they have one at the zoo, but the zoo is smelly. Also, Carebears suck. Or maybe they don't, but I'm an adult male and cannot get away with saying otherwise. Anyway, bears. Bears of the world. Discuss.

Right along with Care Bears, Winnie the pooh and the Berenstain bears these three bear cartoons made up my saturday morning routine back then. It's kinda sad I remember that so well but I can't recall what happened two weeks ago.

Boots of the world. He was thinking of boots. Pretty sure, anyway, may be slightly off.

Beers and bears bear closer resemblance to each other than that, though. Boots wouldn't be the same. _{I really thought the beer thread said "bear" at first.}

I went to Berlin Zoo last year a few days before Knut, their world-famous polar bear, died. At the time I was just enjoying a day out at the zoo: now I'm one of the last people to see Knut alive and probably a police suspect.
