New as in this year? Because I don't have many from this year to recommend. Did you watch Nagi no Asakura and/or Sakura Trick? I think you'd like those, but I'm almost certain you've seen them already...
I'm watching Sakura Trick, seen the first three episodes.
I tried Nagu no Asukara, it was not that good bur fine until they decided to give the undersea people a sleeping beuty treatment. Thanks for the tips annyway. I do think about picking up Mayo chiki sometimes in the future ^^
By new, you could invlude annything after 2010, besides pokemon (wich i seen since 2001, and is a one of kind in my taste) I started watching anime last year
Thanks for the tips ^^ might give Akuma no riddle a try
Sadly its intro did look uninteresting
You're not wrong. I hate to say this but nothing too crazy or interesting has happened in Akuma No Riddle. Nothing to make me drop it but not too much making me stay.

Please note I just listed what's on Crunchyroll in order to make this list shorter. I was also mostly trying to appeal to Tobias' tastes here.
I was very confused about Canis' post (especially since it was missing most of the big 2011 anime) until I read the last line after a minute or so. Or maybe Crunchyroll didn't stream some of those or I dunno.
I do obviously immediately and STRONGLY recommend the World God Only Knows. Though again, apparently go straight to manga after season 2. Apparenty season 3 literally skips around 1/3 of the manga and rushes through a ton of chapters in the span of 12 episodes.
Just finished up with the Kyoto arc of Rurouni Kenshin (manga)! This is where the anime deviated, so everything from now on will be all new to me, so I'm excited!
Also, I'm all caught up with History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi (manga)!
The huge fight between the masters of Ryozanpaku & Yami is still underway, but Yami's unarmed masters have switched sides, helping the Ryozanpaku masters fight Yami's weapon masters.
It has something to do with their martial artist's pride (as Yami's unarmed masters each have their own personal grudges with the individual masters of Ryozanpaku, they'd rather settle things with them in a more fair one on one affair, rather than beat them in one massive overwhelming push).
Long story short, the tide of battle has turned to the good guys' favor.

Yeah, Crunchyroll lost most of its 2011 anime over the years. I was surprised by what I couldn't find on there, but there's no easy way for me to look for them...like, I could look at Hulu, but Hulu isn't anywhere near user friendly right now, so I'd have to sort through Anime charts, which would take forever...
And last I checked, Tobias isn't particularly big on action anime, so I tried to only list those if I thought they were extremely good.
Man I want to watch One Week Friends so bad, except I can't find it legally anymore. I figured that now I have premium Crunchyroll and a job I'd go straight with my consumption or I'd get too big a backlog though...
I'm also a little mixed on Nagi No Asukara. They screened it at my university and all the live updates I saw on their page was just people getting mad at how irrational the characters were being. I guess the same complaint could be made of Hanasaku Iroha, but I still thought that anime was amazing. I haven't seen a PA Works anime which I haven't liked so far. Except for maybe the later episodes of True Tears.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
There's a singing scene in episode 37 of CCS. I like how they didn't bother to translate the songs Sakura and Tomoyo sing. They just randomly start singing in Japanese, lol.
EDIT: Does the English dub edit out a lot near the end of Tamers? I can't remember and from what I can I only saw the end in the Spanish dub, which I know doesn't edit anything. I don't think I saw the ending in English.
Just finished up Rurouni Kenshin (manga), and oh man was that final arc epic. 10X better than what it got replaced with in the anime.
The final villain truly felt like the next step, while his threat was different enough as to where he didn't overwrite/cheapen Shishio's legacy, which I really liked (I liked that Shishio was this' series Frieza, as to where he was the first villain who set the bar so high as to where every threat after was compared directly to him, and his legacy/connection to the new villain would pop up in unexpected ways). I don't want to spoil anything, but there were a lot of surprises & nods to early parts of the series that were all so exciting. The action & everything was top notch too.
Something odd (in a humorous way) though, is that in chapter 161 (page 8 I believe), there is clearly the image of the One Piece skull & bones (complete with strawhat) on a bomb, lol. That's something so surprising I'd never forget it. (Maybe the OP manga had just started at the time, and other series being serialized then each threw in a reference for the occasion?)

Well, after InuYasha & Rurouni Kenshin, it's time to look for something different.
After two long series, the next few things I read will probably be shorter (sub-100 chapters, ideally).
First thing I've come across is Chirality (manga). It's a sci-fi series set in a post apocalyptic world where humans are on the brink of extinction after a nanomachine virus spreads worldwide which kills it's victims & turns them into murderous robots. A small team from humanity's last pocket of civilization sets out in the hopes of destroying the supercomputer "Gaia", which was initially meant to regulate Earth's environment, but went rouge and is trying to exterminate humanity.
It's only 21 chapters long, so I should have it done by late tonight or early tomorrow. Pretty decent so far, and you can definitely tell it's from the same guy who did Legend of Lemnear & Plastic Little (characters from the latter even make a brief cameo early on). Given the kind of content those other two series have, it's no surprise that this one has it's fair share of fanservice, though it seems to be somewhat toned down here.

Up to episode 41 on my rewatch of CCS. The plot is finally starting to get serious. Li also starts loosening up more as a person. It's adorable seeing how his feelings for Sakura grow.
