@Caniswolfred Have I ever mentioned Generator Gawl? I really like that one and it was shorter then most. Had a great if not confusing story. Wouldn't call it giant Mecca or anything but it has its similarities! Not to mention it had one of if not the best end songs I've ever seen or heard. Man I want to hear that again!
I was wondering if anyone had heard of/ seen an anime that stars a male protagonist and a robotic companion (preferably one that he's built). I've been looking for one like this but I can't for the life of me find one, assuming they exist at all.
@AzureFashionist - despite a few weird details, I really enjoyed the first episode of KoS, but I don't have Netflix, so I'm wondering if I should wait a while before I watch more in case they announce a DVD license.

There are few anime I don't like but taking no. 1 as the worst is Bo Bo Bo Bo Bo Bo Bo. I'm sure alot would agree.
Actually Bobobo-bo bo-bobo (got very close to spelling it without looking at Google!) has a lot of fans. I agree with you, though. Can't stand that show.
i think it was either 04 or 05 Viz went to Jump Festa and ask the fans there what their favorite series was:everyone say the same title. Bobobo... While it was it ran in the magazine that series was popular.
Anybody ever hear of or see Gantz? I'm not sure even after seeing it what to think of it?! For its time it looked great and interesting so I gave it a go. It wasn't bad but I'm not sure if it was good either lol. I guess it just went in a bunch of different direction and I wasn't ready for that. Its the one anime I'm just not sure of.
Lain was another I would classify like the above but after seeing it a second time it grew on me. Still a rather weird anime to say the least but I enjoyed it!
So many places showing screens and spoiling Gundam Unicorn episode 7... Might not go onto the internet for a few days.

Well, it was licensed by Sentai, so you could probably import it for a decent price once they release it.
Thats nice, I like them ^^ allready owns Tari Tari, Nakaimo, and some british releases of their licensed shows ^^

We didn't even finish the last season of Sailor Moon back then, since it wasn't dub in English, but I've heard is going to get re-release in English later this year. Hope the one that's coming in July would be good for my sister to watch, she's a fan of the series, we even watch the live-action one together.
@ShadowFox254 the article says viz media bought the rights for everything. including stuff previously unavailable in english. im guessing subs at first but dubs could come later.
Hulu! More Ads than TV! Pay money and to get slightly less ads! But you still get Ads! Now it's exactly like TV!
And that was just the last I've used it. Plus the site is very system-heavy, and the layout sucks - seriously, I would kill for an alphabetical list of all the shows in any given genre again. Seriously, I'll just wait for the DVD release...
Space Dandy - Only saw the second half, but man was it one of the most over the top, crazy awesome things I've ever seen, lol.
Naruto Shippuden - The action wasn't particularly great (animation wise, I mean), but it was quite tense, so I enjoyed it.
One Piece - Really good episode. It had a few good emotional scenes, and some great action!
Blue Exorcist - This episode had a pretty decent fight. I kind of find it humorous in an ironic way, that some top ranked holy warrior is clad in nothing more than a bikini (complete with very noticeable "physics"). That just doesn't seem like the kind of attire that sort of character would wear, lol.
Black Lagoon - This was the single most awesome episode of anime I've seen in quite some time O_O... (oh, and Terminator reference, lol)
Also, in a totally awesome random announcement, they're going to show Dragon Ball Z: Cooler's Revenge next week! DBZ is back on Toonami! (also, this raises my hopes that they'll eventually show Battle of Gods when it gets localized)

Newest Knights of Sidonia finally got subbed after being two days late. A nice slower episode furthering character relationships. Overall solid but a lot of things happened off screen that will be told next week so I can't wait.
Captain Earth also continues with a battle in space after an action drought. The fight wasn't even very long and the White Gunbuster... I mean the Earth Engine still has yet to shine. Not a bad episode but I'm still holding my breath for the episode where the= Earth Engine shows its true power.
Kenzen Robo Daimidaler goes on and its something I've just picked up. Ehm.... Wow... Never did I once think a robot would be powered... that way but alright. You really need to look at it like a parody rather than something you take seriously. I'm enjoying myself though so I have no actual reason to drop this show yet.
