I'm looking for an app for an Android (Galaxy Tab II) Tablet, that let's you create videos where you choose the song, BUT you only have to choose one image to show throughout the whole song (any I've tried before now have forced you to choose a pic for every 3 seconds).
Free is preferable, but I'd be willing to pay a tiny fee for one that's reasonable. :3
0h, I should specify that the videos(?) are bound for YouTube. Thanks in advance for any help/advice!
Uh, I tried Splice on iOS (back when I had one), and it let you do exactly that. Not sure if there's an Android release, though.. Sorry if I couldn't help that much.
