Topic: A toast to the NL staff! :)

No, this is not a troll thread or anything like that. I just want to say thank you to theblackdragon for all her hard work on this site; keeping the peace, taking care of unnecessary threads, and everything else that keeps the place running smoothly. TBD, if you read this, I tip my hat to you and all the other moderators that keep Nintendo fun and family friendly! You guys are the best!

um, alright? i dont see why we should dedicate a whole thread to tbd, but it's no mistake that she deserves a well-rounded thanks.

A personal messaging feature should definitely be added to this site..

That's what I've been thinking... But I just wanted to give a shout out of thanks, and this is pretty much the best way to do it on here.

Nice idea for a thread, I know that personally what TBD does for the forum, and the site, is invaluable. The community spirit wouldn't be the same without her dictatorship - seriously!

Having looked around at other gaming sites the comment threads and forums soon descend into filth and utter crap, but not here.

TBD is great and all, but I'm pretty sure she's not the only mod. I know she does the most, but how about a toast to all of the mods?

@TBD You should ask for more. People at GoNintendo gave their most beloved member, the founder of the website, an actual physical gift for his birthday (I think. Not entirely sure which day, but I'm pretty sure his birthday).

All this does is allow us to nonchalantly write in text that we thank you.

in all seriousness, though, I really appreciate the sentiment, but even threads like this alone embarrass me quite a bit because I never know what to say except that i love you guys :3 I don't exist in a vacuum — this site is what it is today thanks to the hard work of our entire staff, not just me. i'm sure if you really, really wanted to, you could probably get in touch with the directors via the Contact Form and attempt to show your appreciation via physical giftage, but as for me... well, i don't see any toast in your post, sir, so get crackin' >:[
